Wow!! Incredible customer support and product warranty.
I purchased 3 pans, 2 of which I loved. One pan always seemed to stick in the middle. After sending photos of the pan and serial number, Hexclad support sent an email stating that a replacement pan is on its way. Very impressed with the timely response to my concern about the pan.

Truly impressed and feel unbelievably cared for as a customer
Wow… these products coupled with an absolute incredible customer service team makes having Hexclad all the more worth it. Was having issues with a couple my pans unfortunately, but made sure to document thoroughly and provide the team with all the info. I emailed them Saturday, they got back to me then and sent off final videos and info on Sunday and within 20 minutes they approved our warranty claim for new pans. On a freaking Sunday!!!! Usually dont expect to hear back unless its during the week. But this team has not only made this experience worth while but made me truly relieved to be their customer. 100% recommend hexclad to anyone and everyone i know.

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with my 10 inch Hexclad frying pan and working with Billy E, he took immediate care of the problem. He guided me through the process and completed my request in one day.
