The entire installation was quick and the installer kept the work area clean and organized. He also provided a brief instruction on the operation.

I am replacing my old unit with the new steam cleaning unit. My old unit is 25 years old and still going strong! Pacific also installed my old unit, they have been around a long time. Installation was quick and tidy. New model is very quiet! If you are serious about stovetop cooking you will appreciate this unit and it's efficient blower.

Service was great
Service was great. Very professional. Matthew was super helpful and patient. He even came with the 2 in house installers for the installation. I had an expensive Wolf range hood but did not live up to the brand name...loud and frequent shut off due to over heating sensor. Just got installed today and this new range hood seems be much more powerful yet quieter. Looking forward to using this for many years to come...esp doing more chinese cooking.
