Excellent service and products

I have often bought Apple Phone Cases before but this one purchase was a lot different. I expected to recieve am original Apple Case with the quality of one. But apperently the Phone Cases saled on handyhuellen.de have an other duration then the apple bought ones.

Never received the package! I ordered a phone case and screen protector from here given the 1-2 working day delivery timeline. It's now 9 business days since I ordered and I still do not have my package.

Here's what happened: I got the initial tracking when the package was sent, but my postal code did not work on DHL's website when I tried to enter it, which tells me the postal code was entered incorrectly. I went back to the website and pulled up my order to ensure I had submitted the right details with my order, and my address including the postal code was correct. After it got returned, I reached out via email over the weekend. I immediately got a response from the AI chatbot "Casey" that they will forward my request to a human agent. It's now 4 business days later and "Casey" never forwarded that message for additional support.

I reached out again today and the human agent could not tell me what happened with the address and offered me two options: 1) Full refund or 2) Replacement shipment with 0 compensation for the delayed package. Given all of the problems with this company, no offer for a partial refund if I got a replacement, and no promise that they wouldn't mess up my address again or explanation as to how that happened in the first place - I opted for a refund.

Wow did this suck!
I ordered on a Sunday and would get the product within 2-3 days, not choosing express delivery. Next day I got info that my product was being delivered, but the tracking information said DHL was waiting for getting it to them in the first place.
Wednesday evening things had not changed so I reached out to their costumer support. Which turned out to be an AI that told me to wait for two weeks, if the parcel hadn’t arrived by then I could get my money back. I tried reaching out again a couple of days later when it was really obvious that something had gone wrong, but no action from their side, same AI in the other end understanding my frustration and telling me to keep on waiting. I did, still nothing in my mailbox , three weeks later. Supposedly I will get my refund, though it has not happened so far.
Never again.

Love this company and their service.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Handyhuellen via Kaufland Marketplace. I have ordered an item that has been marked as shipped. I have even received a DHL tracking number for the package. Unfortunately the status wasn't updated on the DHL website so I contacted the seller couple days after last day from predicted delivery date times. They have asked me what address I've ordered the item (isn't it visible on their side? lol). After replying I received a message that they cancelled my order and I should wait for a refund. If I didn't contact them, I suppose I'd wait forever for a courier bringing my package, because they're so unorganized at Handyhuellen, that they didn't even notify me about delay or that product was out of stock without me asking about it.

Takes a bit longer to ship than they say, but cost and quality of goods is great.

I had a very bad experience with this website. I placed an order and tried to cancel it just 10 minutes later, but they told me it was already shipped — do they really think I’m stupid?

It didn't even arrive until 4 days later, and I returned it immediately. Then I was told I need to wait 10 more days after they receive the return to get my refund.

Well, 10 days have passed since they received it — and I still haven’t received my money.

This whole process is frustrating, slow, and feels very dishonest. I will never order from this website again

Great prices and product range and rather well-timed delivery. I am happy with my purchase from them.

Delivery was quick. Unfortunately the fingerprint sensor was not working at all through the case. Finally I cut the front foil out of the frame and use it like this…

Despite their best efforts Customer Service has difficulties understanding when an issue falls out of the regular scripted customer complaints. In this case then they revert to aggressively shutting down customers instead of trying to really understand what the issue at hand is. It is really quite unfortunate how people have no desire to understand complex issues.
