Worst customer SERVICE and products
Worst customer SERVICE and products! Bought a year ago foldable bed which already broke down! Costs 1500€! In touch for 3 months (!) email after email, videos and photos: in the end the explanation that its very easy to fix, my responsability and my costs!! The one coming to fix it needs to buy new screws etc cause the material this company uses would immediately break down again, he laughed at the material and the system of the bed and said a total rip off!!!! So never EVER buy such a bed! I needed it to save space but falling down non-stop and nobody of that company cares! Not even worth ONE ⭐️

very satisfied with my experience with Habitium. My order arrived the next day after ordering it but with a small factory defect. The customer service responded within 2 hours and resolved the issue straight away, the new piece was sent to me the very next day and I received it in 1 day. Fantastic service, not used to this in Spain.

Spreading awareness
The best quality earphones I had, worth it if you are willing to pay a euro an hour to use them as they only lasted 24 hours. My earphones broke for no reason at all they literally started falling apart in my hands while I looked at them in despair . I hope it was just a faulty product but I’m writing this review to spread the truth and I would avert myself from any future products.

Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a floating wall cabinet on the 13th May with a delivery of 5 to 8 days still waiting . Customer service apologise going to monitor it daily heard nothing for 4 days . They tell you to keep looking at the tracking no , I have it's been alicante for over a week . Think its coming on a skateboard. Non existent Customer service will not help

Excellent product and service…
Great rattan sun loungers at a great price. Only downside is you have to assemble them but I managed it. Delivered within a week, which was amazing and free. Excellent seller, would have no hesitation to buy from them again.
