This bank is 1000% playing with their customers money, how is it possible that I’ve made a deposit via e transfer and for over a month not only is my account blocked, but when I call I get the same run around answers that they can’t do anything and I just have to wait,

they don’t have a technical team, they won’t connect you to a manager, and they have no answers for YOUR MONEY!!!!!….by Friday my lawyer will be looking into this, and if I get the same questions, I’m 100000% filing a lawsuit…

what you ppl will now say is to continue to talk to customer care since I’ve been in contact with them…..after a month that is no longer good for me nor an option since after a month I’ve been told the same thing.

Worse banking experience i deposit money to my account when I try to etranfer fund out it did work eventually locked my account and an my account has been under investigation for all most a month customer service gives the same story they are investigating. What going on no details no timeline for resolution.

Made a deposit of 200$ into my account tried sending it out it got declined then they later on said my account has been on investigation for the past 1 month so i have 200$ now sitting in there for the past one month
They have no security team to talk to only customer support

I had a broker recommend this bank. Why I don’t know. My biggest regret has been to get with them. Once my renewal comes up in 2029 I’m done with them. I have never been robbed so blindly by a bank in my life. The fees are astronomical. It’s bank first, client last. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!!

This was my first time calling Haventree Bank. I was calling to change my frequency of my payments. Rizzel Navarro was my Client Services Officer that assisted me. I’m so help I was able to have her as my point of contact. For starters I was very indecisive about what way I wanted my payments to be paid out. Rizzel was for patient and understanding, she took the time to explain every option and how it works. She broke it down detail by detail. I’m very grateful as a first time caller to have had her. If the customer service is like this with all of Haventree representatives I feel like I’m in good hands. Thank you for your help.

Punam Trivedi, was extremely helpful and able to solve the issue. I had been struggling with the payment date change and she was really able to understand the problem and helped me to solve the issue immediately. Absolutely great agent!!

Frank listened to my concerns carefully and immediately executed my request for the discharge statement. He deserves a raise.

Great customer service, always offering good solutions.

The bank has solid security and basic convenient functions, including quick transfers and easy account management. However, it lacks competitive interest rates, and branch service efficiency needs improvement. Suitable for simple daily use only.

Excellent customer service

This bank is the worst They charge me $400 for the property tax months and they’re not paying the property tax. They’re just keeping the money and they’re not paying the property tax. Actually.I called them and ask why are charging me for Tax and not paying the City. The customer service told me can you send the property tax warning and will get back to you. nobody contact me back . I waited a few months later in the same scenario over and over they’ve been taking money for over 1 year and they’re not paying the property tax and they don’t wanna give any answer what they’re doing with the money I can’t believe it. I thought this is the worst experience.

Still very new. So this is an early review to be clear. However so far I have no complaints. They answer the phome quickly. Respond to emails quickly. They waved our mortgage payment change fee. We went from monthly to bi-weekly accelerated.
So far so good!
