Their service and delivery was good, however I was so disappointed with the ipad cover. I expected one covered with cloth but it was plastic cloth! Horrible!
Again they did return the payment quickly and I have to give them credit for good service.

I purchased Glass Screen Protector. Due to improper installation, fingerprint sensor stopped working. I contacted customer service. To my surprise, they replied within few hours with helpful detailed instructions. I must thank Robin who really solved my problem. I am happy with my purchase and their customer service.

I have used this company to purchase phones case for myself and my husband. For 1st time it works well however 2nd time it is doesn't work. The phone case did not arrived and furthermore they are not answering the emails. Really bad service!
Better to avoid this company at all!

Totally scammers website. I bought a screen protector for iPhone 16 and they send wrong bad quality product and when I requested to solve the issue the company wasted my so much time and always trying to find a excuse and acting cheap and like a scammer website douchbags. Don't trust on this website I made a mistake there are so many other good options GSMpunt, bol, Amazon. Avoid as much you can with scammers.

The variety of items, the delivery period is perfect! It was just my experience, but I’ve ordered a special type of cover, but I’ve received one for another model of AirPods. So pitty.

Fast delivery, good product

I ordered via this website cause they say very clearly when you order before 2100, it will be in your house the next day. I had a rush, cause my other phone just broke and I got a new one, so 24 hour delivery would've been perfect. Unfortunately it's now 5 days later and nothing. After 3 days they send you a lovely email saying "haven't had your package yet? It's underway". NO scheit sherlock, I didn't think you were hiding it for me and I had to go looking for it. This feels like misleading advertising, and they should remove this promise from their website if they can't deliver on it.

Waste of time and money.

Requested a return which has NOT been refunded in over two weeks. I have contacted them TWICE to request the refund and no results. They say it's because packages are left at a PO box and only sent to sorting facility once they have "many" so as to make it more efficient/cheaper. Unsure if that is actually the case but it's certainly not my problem as a customer and there is no reason why a simple refund should take this long. It's a real shame because this was my third time buying with them. I bought cases and screen protectors before. I certainly will not use them again.

Quick delivery and everything as expected

I definitely don't recommend this website to anyone!
There is why :
I ordered a couple of items a week ago because the advertsing written on top of their homepage website said "Order before 9p.m deliver the same day".
So I kind of expected it to get it the day after.
It is only after the payement that I received a mail telling me that it would actually take 2 to 4 days. When I did complain to their customer service they told me that my translation of their website wasn't accurate and they sent me the link of the french website. When I checked what was written on it I could see "Expédition rapide avant 21h" = "Quick delivery before 9p.m".
6 days later since I still had no news from my package I sent a new mail their customer service and there they told me that it could actually take up to 8 days to be delivered. Well, how is that a Quick delivery ?!
I then asked to cancel my order and to be refunded, not only because to me they were definitely using false advertising but also because as I would have to travel in a few days I wouldn't be home to receive the delivery and will just have to buy the needed items somewhere else.
That's where their customers service told me that they couldn't do it because my package had already been sent (although there is no tracking available so I still have no idea when am I supposed to receive it!) and that they were perfectly honest concerning their ordering procedure. They sent me a link to their website page explaining all the delivery rules.
Although none of these rules and probable delays where mentioned at any moment during the online order I did !
Regarding their obvious lack of good faith I decided to file a complaint to the European Comsumer Center.

Easy shopping and quick delivery. Will get back again when needed.
