Bad Shipper Caused Delays.
A few bumps along the road to getting the product. Largely miscommunication between the shipping company and the vendor. They did their best to fix it as soon as possible and it arrived a couple of weeks later.

We want to clarify that there was an initial communication issue — our first reply unfortunately did not reach you, most likely due to a spam filter. We recommend always checking the spam folder when waiting for a response, especially for international emails.
Regarding your shipment: your package was flagged as damaged by UPS and destroyed by UPS without prior notification to us. This status was also visible in the tracking history. As soon as we became aware of this, we arranged a replacement shipment, which is already on its way to you.
Please note that shipments to Canada from Germany usually take little longer, as they are typically sent by sea freight, unlike US orders which often go by air freight. Unfortunately, this adds extra transit time that is outside of our direct control.
We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the prolonged process and the issues caused by UPS. We hope the replacement delivery resolves the matter to your satisfaction.
