Late Order
I ordered some holiday items from Kitlocker. My order was confirmed with an expected delivery date of 4th-5th Sept but the order has only just been dispatched (7th Sept) and I go on holiday tomorrow so my order won't arrive in time. I've had to purchase the items from elsewhere, and will now have the hassle of having to return the Kitlocker order when I get back from my holiday. Took a gamble with this order as I had never heard of the company. My gamble did not pay off!!

Order delay
I placed an order 8 days ago, 10494424, checked in on the order 5 days after placing it and I was told it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It was not. I called 48 hrs later and was told it may be dispatched withing 24 hrs. It has not been dispatched and now I have waited 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and no one has picked up the phone. This is a new contract with our school and I will be feeding back to the school. The customer service is poor and attitude quite frankly also rather poor.

Sizing inconsistent, delivery slow, service terrible
The sizing is inconsistent - in some cases adult size S is enormous and others tiny. Delivery takes weeks. Returning items that are badly sized is a difficult process. The website doesn't work well - my order was not shown. No one responded to my email. If I am able to exchange I will have to incur further charges for postage.

Ordered school uniforms for 2 weeks with no updates
I ordered school uniform more then 2 weeks ago and yet I still haven’t received any updates today and school is starting in a few days. None of their phone lines works and their site claim to have an invisible chat widget that is not functioning properly.
Complete chaos as a school uniform provider. Zero customer service and support from Kitlocker and I will encourage any school to avoid working with them.
[Update 3 Sep 2026]: I have already emailed my order number as pressing enquiry to all listed emails such as escalations[at]kitlocker.com, sales[at]kitlocker.com and support[at]kitlocker.com before I leave this review. Can you please reply to those emails which have my order number attached? I would appreciate if you can respond to them asap.
