We had a VERY bad experience with Kave Home. We will not recommend anyone being furniture from Kave Home. 1: we did not receive ANY communication about arrival of our furniture, and tried several times to reach out to get some information. So when it arrived, it was left in the rain at our doorstep. 2: Both chairs was cracked, so we had to return. 3: received NO information about pick-up, suddenly a huge truck just enters our driveway, but luckily we had kept all the original wrapping. Oh, and it wasn’t until we made a complaint, we were told we had to wrap it in the original wrapping - just a heads up for everybode else. Trust in Kave Home is non-excisting even though they make somewhat expensive furniture, and we cannot recommend anyone buying furniture from this company.

I´ve ordered a sofa from Kave Home and paid an additional >100€ for the team to assemble it. When it finally arrived, the team said they couldn't take it upstairs because it was already assembled and too big to fit the stairs. We asked if we could have the assembly money back and Kave Home denied it. We've also asked if they could help with a solution for this problem and they said we our selves needed to hire a scaffolding company and coordinate it with the previous team. Besides, the costumer support was extremely unpleasant while explaining this as they made me feel bad for asking questions at all. They were focused on not taking any responsability and making the client feel bad other than trying to solve the situation. We are probably going to have to send the sofa back and ask for a refund, facing all of this extra time and money needed.

The item is exactly as shown in the photos and fully met my expectations. The quality and appearance matched the online description perfectly.

It arrived very well packaged and protected, ensuring everything was in excellent condition. Although the delivery took a little longer, I really appreciated that I was able to reschedule the delivery to a new date at no extra cost. This flexibility made the experience much more convenient.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this seller. 😊

I think the website is fine, but since you deliver internationally, it would help if you could see the prices in your local currency. Also, why tell me after I've ordered that I should expect delays? That information should be upfront, I think. Such a large time-window for delivery also makes the delivery without appointment really unreliable when you only deliver curbside. I'm excited about the product, though! 🙂

Loved kave home, their customer service is really great and focused on the client.
Absolutely love their shop and I will definitely be buying a lot more stuff from them!

What a joke that you charge customer 3.99 euro for "Express delivery", while the estimated delivery time is 2 weeks after. Very "express"...

The delivery was prompt, however on opening we saw bigger cracks in the concrete table than anticipated. Trying to contact customer service was pointless because you are blocked by AI responses and guardrails. We didn't want to return the table, but just talk to with someone to see if this is normal and what could be done for it.

After 2 months of use, the table has dark stains, despite using coasters and never had anything spilled on it. It's extremely hard to clean and easily the biggest regret I've had about a furniture piece I've bought.
The quality is lower than I expected, the maintenance is hidden in a fine print after purchasing. For a table which supposedly can be used outdoors, this is extremely disappointing.

The sales assistant who helped us was very helpful and spoke English, which made everything much easier for us.

I don’t understand the difference in 3 shipment options: dates the same, price the same. No discount for shipments for the large orders.

Simple steps, all necessary info on the product available, very pleasant buy.

We visited the store in Girona and were helped very well and very kindly by Anna. We bought two lamps for delivery to our home in the Netherlands.
Interior design store with beautiful furniture, lamps, and more. Also great quality. We will definitely visit Kave Home several more times in the future. Now we wait to see how the order is processed.
