Avoid buying from Florivadom. My order has been pending for over 3 weeks with no delivery and no reliable information. Customer support keeps promising delivery dates, but nothing happens. The tracking links either do not work or later show "Not Found."

I regret placing this order and still do not know if I will ever receive my package. Very poor customer experience.

The shirts and dresses I received were very poor quality and too small. When emailed about how to return it took two weeks to get a reply. They said send pictures of the items hanging. I did. No replies. I left a bad review and got an email that said if I wanted to return the items I would have to pay shipping to China and they said that was expensive so I had the option of keeping the items and get a 20%off coupon. They did not send instructions about how to return. I told them I’d take 20% in cash but I didn’t want a coupon. No response. I am stuck with this cheap stuff and I’m out $93. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This was my first time shopping here; I was encouraged to work with them by the professional service and the very quick response to all inquiries. Email replies arrive instantly. The store prioritizes good communication.

Ordered a drip system for the garden but the stuff comes directly from Themu. What a mess and shameful that they sell this. It doesn't work but I still paid over €70. Never order anything here!!!

Very poor-quality product and a disappointing experience overall. The delivery took a long time, and the package was shipped from China, which was not made clear enough when placing the order.

The website also feels deliberately designed to mislead customers, particularly regarding the product origin and delivery times. The whole experience was misleading and not what I expected based on the website. I would not recommend this company.

Quick and easy purchase, I found what I was looking for

Scam. I bought a Women’s vintage floral rose art embroidered linen blend long sleeve top for $42 with discount. What arrived was a cheap acrylic long sleeve top with a print on top.
I have photos of what was advertised and what came - completely different. Unfortunately there is no place to upload photos on this review.

I love all the product designs, couldn't made up my mind! Some people will say it's just a lightings, but it's so much more than that. It's absolutely beautiful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The product quality met my expectations, and the ordering process was smooth and straightforward

The products are very pure quality and shipped from China, you have to pay for return shipping to China, which is more than the price of the product. Support is very slow and unfriendly.
Avoid this shop!!!

At first I was not happy with the wait and also the product was not complete however the shop has handled the situation very well. I got a very fair discount for my next purchase. The staff was available, kind and helpful. And the quality of the product received met my expectations apart from the missing extra bit. And therefore, I have just completed my second buy here. :-)

Lamp did not arrive. No contact from the part of the shop. Do not buy at this shop!!
