If you actually like to give negative stars. FRAUD wedsite. DO NOT ORDER anything from here. After i ordered almost a $100 piece from here including shipping charges, the product that was delivered was a cheap completely different piece small sized cloth. The worst part is I failed to contact them through WhatsApp or phone or email. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Do not buy from here it is in china and if you do don’t return to the return address on your parcel it isn’t the right return address and you won’t get you money back. Came 3 weeks to late and emailed for a return address had no response found one on the package so sent it to that one, then on website said it had the be track and trace with a warning tjat you wouldn’t get your money back if it wasn’t. This site needs a warning sign

One star is too much! I would advise anybody considering of buying from them to think again. Product was totally unsatisfactory. VERY poor quality and size was nowhere near what it should be. Comes from China - say no more! They make it really difficult to return to get any sort of refund, and then take forever with the excuse that it's waiting for customs clearance for MONTHS. And of course you have to pay the customs fee! Absolutely terrible company, PLEASE do not buy from them.

The item although looking as described was not functional, it was cheaply made, poor quality, took forever to arrive and actually was not cheap at all for what it was. At the point of attempting to get a return they then tell you how ‘expensive’ it is to return things and offer you a minimal refund of 10% if you keep the product (a product you don’t want!?) after some arguing the ‘best’ resolution they could offer me was a 20% refund to my account, 100% for store credit (as if I’d wanna buy anything else with them?) or a return label that I would have to pay for to China estimated cost around $30.
I wouldn’t mind so much if the product was cheap in the first place but it wasn’t.

I really love the way they make sure how to explain what your doing and it was honestly really easy to order

Do not buy from this Chinese company who pretend to be from the Netherlands.

Also product was absolutely not as described and the wrong size.

It has cost me £44 to send the clothing back to china and now they are trying to scam me for customs fees as well. 2 months and still no £160 refund.

Please do not buy from these scammers.

this company is 0 quality. the goods are delivered from China and this is a crap, such a poor quality!
I have ordered 2 pieces (unfortunately before i have checked the reviews) because I saw a return option. BUT return of the goods is paid 100% by a customer and should be sent back to CHINA.
the dress i have ordered has ablosutely nothing to do with a picture at the website! i have sent it back without tracking code as option with track-code is same expensive as the refund amount. the retour parcel is on the way since 25 april and still no refund. customer service asks for tracing code and do not do anything without it while that code is not obligotary.
such a dissapointment. please avoid any contact with this organisation.

Do not buy from this website. The item I received looked nothing like the product shown and was of extremely poor quality. Their return policy is unacceptable: they offer only a 10% refund, or require you to ship the item back to China at your own expense. Based on my experience, this website is a scam and should be avoided.

Poor quality, dispatched from china not Netherlands. Not easy getting a refund. Had to pay a high amount to send back to china. AVOID!!!!!

Long long delivery time because it comes from China (which is not clear on the website!) Very bad quality (fabric is too thin) and it just does not look good!

Easy to order and good information about the product👍🏼

I have given 2 stars only because the sandals are as shown in the pictures & they are comfortable. However quality is poor, product comes directly from china & takes a while to be delivered. Although it’s apparently a Netherlands company & they have a store in London I wouldn’t trust that information either.
I would recommend to buy from other Chinese companies who probably offer better quality products that are very similar but are a lot cheaper than Allure! Cannot recommend Allure unless you want to be ripped off!

The delivery time was a month. The product was sold as 100% linnen. It was 100% polyester and the worst quality I think I have ever seen. I can only laugh about it because I should have checked out the reviews before buying from scammers.
