Donovan Weber and Fixpod are awesome! From the initial contact to the return delivery, Donovan always maintained excellent communication. I always knew the status of both the repair and the delivery.
The repair of my Homepods was done super fast. Now they sound better than ever.

An Expert At Work
Donovan is one of the most underrated experts. I just spoke to Apple corporate about how they could learn customer service from him. You don't just "send" your homepod to him, he "tracks" it for you as he "fixes" it. Unheard of customer service in this day of "gotta problem? go figure it out for yourself." CHATGPT is no competition. Donovan HAS no competition!

Fast, reliable repair and excellent communication
I'm so happy I found a reasonable way to revive my dead HomePod. It was playing for a few minutes, then clicking and farting, then stop. Apple authorized service asked the price of a new unit, in order to replace the faulty one. And then probably dump it somewhere in the landfills. Donovan fixed our beloved HomePod in a matter of a few days, in between Christmas and New Year's Eve. It plays music now as new. It was opened and repaired without the slightest trace on the sensitive mesh. Perfect communication and ultra fast service.

I could not be happier
I could not be happier I send my 1. Gen HomePod and within a couple of days it was received and I was informed what the problem was and what the cost would be to fix it. In two days it was fixed. All in all it is probably the best service I’ve ever received. FixPod comes with my highest recommendation. Thank you so much too Donovan.

Fixpod service was one of my best service experience
Fixpod service was one of my best service experience ever. I you look for Homepod repair, you are the rigth place. The communication is excellent. After the repair finished I got a video of the working Homepod to check the repair. After checking the repair I payed it and the Homepod was sent to me. Based on 9 days of testing after the repair my Homepod works perfectly.
