Excellent service to my OG HomePod by Donovan, it had the no power issue.

Apple Store said the HomePod was dead, and that I could buy a new one instead. Happy that Donovan fixed mine in just a week! Also superb communication for shipping from/to Belgium. Visually you can't see that it was repaired!

Donovan and FixPod are professional and reliable, and they gave a second life to my two first-generation HomePods. Donovan is not only extremely skilled (he repaired both units perfectly in a very short time), but he was also always available to answer all my questions before, during and after the repair.

I also ran into some shipping-related issues, and he went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. (Tip: always purchase shipping insurance when you send a parcel.)

Thankfully, everything ended well, and now I am enjoying two fully working HomePods that are also aesthetically perfect.

Repaired my homepod II quickly solving the problem. excellent professionalism and feedback on what was done.

Donovan was able to repair our HomePod after another repair shop had damaged it. He responded incredibly quickly and saved our beloved HomePod. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I will definitely send my other Classics to him if they ever break as well.

Donovan was very communicative throughout the repair process and I cannot even tell that the HomePods were taken apart.

Fantastic service: my homepod has been fully recovered and it has never functioned so well. Fixpod is fast, efficient, eco-friendly and provides the PERFECT solution for reparing homepods that Apple does not fix. I’ve opted for the full 99€ reparation of the touch surface and now the homepod is just as new. I would have rated the service six stars out of five if it were possible.
