Without any notice, I was charged for another month. Apparently, I'm not the only one this has happened to. I may need apps like this in the future, but the company behind this app has shown such a lack of respect for its current and potential customers that I can't trust it—not only with my money, but with my data either.

Money grabbers
I downloaded this App in April to find one item and so used 1 day of the free 3 day trial. Looked to see if there was an unsubscribe afterwards but couldn’t find it.
They have charged me $59 a month since then. I have written to them countless times, requested a cancellation, have cancelled my card and asked the bank to block them. It was absolutely impossible to unsubscribe or cancel.
Unless you want to be charged an arm & a leg, do NOT touch this App!!!

This app is a scam
This app is a scam. DO NOT USE. It tricked us into signing up for a subscription that you cannot cancel. The payments do not show on app stores for you to cancel the subscription and even getting in touch with customer services requires additional fees. We have been trying and paying $40 a month to cancel this payment. It’s causing so much stress in our family. There are no emails from them to check back account details and even trying to download the app again to log in requires you to pay. Absolute scammers- how this app is still legal I do not know. We are now at the point of going through fraud claims with the bank. Hopes of a refund are dwindling. We just want the payments to stop.
In response to Familio’s reply: we do not have a subscription in order TO cancel. Therefore, Why is this company still taking money from our bank account? When we try to log in via the website, it requires an access code. The access codes are never received. We have double checked all accounts and all junk inboxes. To go via customer support and speak to a chat bot that then prompts you to speak to a human at the end of the questions also requires you to submit card details and pay another fee! We are literally getting nowhere.

To cancel your Apple subscription, open the Settings app, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and then tap Cancel Subscription.
If you purchased your subscription on our website, you can cancel it there as well. Simply log in to your account at Familo, go to Subscription Management, and select the subscription you'd like to cancel.

I signed up for 24 hours. I am being billed constantly and there is no way to contact the fraudsters. I had to cancel my bank card and all my bill pay accounts, which is a giant pain!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS APP, even free. They will not let you exit the app and will sign you up for a $50/month fee that you can’t cancel!!!

An absolute scam this website was recommended by Google, it's an absolute scam site unsolicited charges! No way to cancel. They will even send you a fancy messages, but they will neve refund you, by they way, the company is Israeli owned so do what you will with that info.

Unsolicited charges
The app was downloaded and we accepted free trial, then a full subscription was deducted without consent, and it's not showing on Play store on top of it to cancel it and request a refund.
