Very satisfied with the Focus Aventura².
Strong motor, good range, and very comfortable for daily rides and longer trips.
Only downside is the weight, but overall a great all-round e-bike

The price was very good, shipping was very fast

I purchased a Haibike Alltrack 7 plus accessories from Velondo.ie. It was well priced and arrived about a week late (due to some of the accessories not being in stock). We were very happy with the condition, quality and price of the bike.

However after a number of weeks, while my son was riding the bike, the rear axle worked its way loose, which resulted in the Derailler detaching from the bike, causing the derailler hanger to break, damage to the chain, axle, frame paintwork and a slight buckle in the rear wheel.

I emailed Velondo initially and received no response, then raised a ticket on their Fahrrad customer portal, attached photographs of the damage and CCTV footage of the incident , and requested replacement parts to repair the bike under warranty.

Again no response, I updated the ticket a further 2 times with no response. To date I have received no communication from Velondo \ Fahrrad whatsoever.

I would at this point just return the whole bike but with shipping cost in excess of €200 I purchased the parts elsewhere and will repair the bike locally.

So in short if you are looking for a well priced bike and don't expect any customer service for warranty etc afterwards then Velondo.ie \ Fahrrad may be for you.

A terrible experience. If you want to make a serious purchase, without any problems and without being scammed, then AVOID this seller. If, however, you want to make a purchase with repeatedly missed dates, broken promises, vague and inconclusive responses, and ultimately end up with an undelivered order, then you're in the right place.

Today i wrote for the 5th or 6th time to know what you want to do, will you be finally able to send the bike that i already paid (two times you wrote me that the bike was going to be shipped immediately, two times the promises were only lies) or do you want to give me back my money?
The important is to close this nightmare, fortunately there are hundreds of serious and professional sellers, if you decide that you are not capable to keep your promises i can easily find my new bike elsewere

What I can say?
Speed- Just that I ordered my bike at Sunday, and get it at Tuesday! Super fast!

Price - It was the best price between all deallers in Germany!

Communication - Guys! I understand perfectly well how much you get written to and called! But personal contact is always nice, think about it in the future!

Conclusion - Honest! Fast! Awesome!

I bought e-bike from fahrrad24.de, and it comes with a two-year warranty. When I received the bike, I was not satisfied because the bike assemble was not good enough. I complained the same day, and they said everything was okay. However, I noticed that the motor side cover does not fit properly and there is a large gap.

Then, this month while I was riding, I noticed that the mudguard was broken. Also, the kickstand screw broke. This is not my fault because it broke on its own. I am enough sure it is technical falut because bike is completely new how mudguard broke within two months. I reported this, but they replied:
“The damage reported and visualized is not covered by the warranty. The bike did not leave our premises in this condition. Such damage should have been reported to us immediately after the bike was picked up.”

My question is: If I face an issue, of course I will inform you. But if I do not see any issue at the time, how can I report it immediately? They assume I broke it myself, but why would I damage my own mudguard? I bought an expensive bike because I expected good quality.

This is very frustrating. They are not responding properly, and the responsible person does not seem to know about this matter. So why do you offer a warranty if you will not take responsibility?

I ordered a Scott bike with good discount in 2024, delivered in time with no problem. They also provided great support one year later, in 2025, to get a replacement part from Scott warranty, due to a default on the frame.
