My first order did not turn up

My first order did not turn up. I followed instructions and used the chat bot which was really easy to use. In six days my order had arrived. Was impressed to be honest.

The keychain is awesome!

The keychain is awesome! However, the packaging was completely mutilated, and the keychain had slipped out of the wrap. I cannot believe it had not fallen completely out of the box by the time I got it. The original packaging probably needs to be more secure to make it through the rough and tumble of shipping.

First time I ordered

First time I ordered, package didn't come. Than bot send it once more. Still didn't came. I got all my money very next day. Costumer servise is great, even the bot. I really wanted that jacket, so I ordered again. It came fast and it was worth of waiting.

Wrong Item

I was unhappy with the service i was given. I paid for an item, and the wrong item came to me. I went to chat services and they offered to send it back out to me, but i then got the same thing come to me which is incorrect. I’ve tried contacting them through email twice on two different emails, and i’ve had no acknowledgment or reply back. So, i have two items that i didn’t order and have not had any refund.

Lovely quality, less lovable sizing.

I love the quality of the products, though I would like to see more clothes made for women. For example; shirts that actually fit and don't hang around me like a sack. Us female fans love to wear merch while also looking stylish.

Charged for returned faulty goods

I bought three caps.
One arrived damaged and the logo stitching was very very poor quality like a bad copy, my wife asked me if they were originals and I said yes I bought them from F1 store.
Did the return yesterday and you had the cheek to charge me £3.50 for something that was poor quality and should never have been shipped out to the customer.
