I was about to not purchase anything from this website because of the bad reviews and honestly i don’t know why so many bad experiences. First time buying from them, got the package delivered in 4 days, items match the pictures on the website and the quality is great; honestly 10/10 experience. Loved it. Will definitely buy from them again.

They are not reliable. Don't buy from them. It's been 24 days and I've not received my reimbursement after receiving a confirmation email on the returned shoes. I've written to them via mail and messenger but no response from them.

I will never buy from them again. There are other trusted sites with swift refund process

I ordered a pair of shoes and i received them in 2 days only and everything was perfect because i could track my order.

Absolute disaster!!!!
I bought one item in 7th July and I paid for the shipping and chose the delivery at home.
After one month they emailed me that my parcel is in the Brt locker and I have to pick it up.
I emailed them explaining the situation but they did not do anything about it and told me that the amount you paid was for shipping not for delivery at home!!!!!
Do not recommend this at all!!

I was absolutely scammed! I ordered two pairs of shoes in different sizes, only one pair of shoes was included in the package. Then I had a long correspondence with support but they didn't want to understand and played dumb. In the end I didn't get any reply. I returned that one pair of shoes but did not receive a refund for the other pair that I never received. In a nutshell: Scam! That's never happened to me before.

I have ordered suitcase - everything is as described and I am satisfied. Also, delivery was fast.

I made two orders on this website. First time it was delayed for two weeks and in the end they said the shoes I bought were not available so I had to cancel. Second time after one week I’m still waiting for the order to be processed. I have then a second chance but never again absolutely a waste of time.

They sent me the wrong width of shoes. It was written standard size but I received the wide size. I had to wait for the refund for long time.
Worst online shopping experience for me.

I recently bought a second pairs of shoes after 8 years of my first pair, unfortunately the new pair was showing a tear after about only six weeks. I manage to return the damage shoes after a lot of correspondence.

More than two weeks later I was informed with a short email saying it was mechanical damaged.

I am retired and perform no mechanical labor, I only wear shoes for leisure, so much for a two year guarantee.

I find it strange that with all the correspondence no telephone number to contact any one, when the shoes was return it looked like a company outside Italy very strange.

I bought a pair of sandals from escarpe.it and I am extremely happy about my purchase. I was hesitant to buy anything due to their bad reviews on Trustpilot. However, I took a risk and gave it a try. They were very organized and the package was delivered as exactly mentioned in their emails. Also, the sandals are really good. I used these several times and they are really comfortable. They are exactly as in the pictures.

Great shoes, great shipping, great online store, great everything.

The product arrived just on time.

I will buy my shoes for now on only with them.

I was hesitant between this website and another one for buying pair of Salomon shoes. And they were the only two that had it at the time. Finally, I chose this one. The package was delivered a few days later than when it was promised. But still, a good purchase. Very low price. And good quality.

After placing an initial order & receiving good swift service , I placed my second & significantly larger order & this time my experience has been terrible. The order has still not been delivered almost two weeks after initially placing it & I have received terrible & on occasions impolite customer service whilst trying to resolve the issue. Do to an erroneous postal code entered either by escarpe or the courier BRT & no less than ten emails to escarpe customer care & two phone calls to courier BRT I still do not have my goods & am about to contact PayPal to request a refund so I really cannot recommend this company.

Smooth sale, received items quickly and within time stated. Would definitely shop there again.
