After calling to confirm my appointment, I was told that I had to pay additional money to keep my appointment after stating that I had booked with a friend. They stated that they had a policy change since I booked the original appointment. When I told them that I wasn't going to pay additional money, I was told that I had to pay for a booster add-on for $59.95. They then said that I had to pay a $73 deposit to keep my appointment. Three phone calls in total from the salon to get me to change my appointment or I had to pay additional costs. Very unprofessional experience. Reviews on Google are overwhelmingly positive, however, on Reddit, they are quite mixed with some people quoting pushy sales tactics to get people to purchase high-end skin care. Not a great experience from my end...

Unreliable and spam
Geez, I made an appointment online. They called that day to confirm, that's fine. Then two days later a message to confirm, which I did. Then another message to confirm..and I did, then I get a call to say the time I booked for is no longer available, after I confirmed it 4 times? I said just cancel it, and the message I get it "we understand sometimes plans change".. no, YOU couldn't keep the appointment, not me. They called me a million times while I couldn't answer too. They chased me away before I even walked in the door.

Mainly because I keep getting spammed with the ads. Look, my friend and I did this in April, the “facelift” LED for $99 worth $379. It’s so not a facelift. It’s a 20 minute hand held LED light plus a skin analysis where you’re told your skin is 10 years older than your actual age, then they trot out the products by Cupere which can only be described as “frightfully expensive”. They’re nice creams and serums, but for $1799 for a jar of pro firming mask? Come on. And the reason there are so many good reviews is because at the end of the session, after you’ve been told your skin is old and you’ve dropped more $$on skincare products than in your entire lifetime, they thrust a QR code in front of you because when you give a 5star google review, you get more free stuff, like a $100 cleanser or a body LED session. It’s hardcore sales tactics preying upon women’s vanity and insecurity. The products are fine, but they are nothing special. By all means, have the $99 “facelift” but don’t get sucked into buying the products.
Reply to the below: as there is no capacity to respond to the below, I will say this. Just because your staff aren’t trained that way is irrelevant. What I have written is 100pc truthful and my friend who had the identical experience to me, can vouch for that - on this forum if need be. So the insinuation below that I have made this up or been mistaken is offensive.

5 star experience
This was my first time of any professional facial cleanse. On arrival I was treated with so much professionalism and care. Sandra did my facial analysis. I already knew my skin was poor, decades of neglect from working and parenting. My face felt simply amazing afterwards, never felt so vibrant and clean. it was clear that the treatment was taking a complete effect on my skin and a few hours later the treatment was becoming uncomfortable. I went back to Sandra and she immediately contacted Shai, cosmetic nurse and followed his recommendations which took the heat off. Shai saw me the next morning as we were staying at Crown. My skin took to the active ingredients which was a very positive sign and my face was so much calmer. His care and professionalism were top standard. My skin will need time to rebuild after decades of neglect. I cannot wait to continue using their products and see them again in October. I have spent thousands of brand products that only work on the surface of my skin. Spending on products that go deep down is an investment. Botox will never be for me. Thank you so much Sandra and Shai. I genuinely appreciate your care and attention to even the small details. See you in October.
