Excellent and fast delivery service, an exact description of the product, a very good product

Good price, and quick delivery to Finland.

I purchased l a helmet for my daughter, but unfortunately it was too small. I emailed customer service to arrange a return, and all I got in response was an automated email with a ticket number and a promise that someone from customer service would get in touch ASAP. Three weeks later I keep getting automated emails asking to rate the transaction, but no response from customer support... this is really unacceptable

didnt get my package now I'm almost 700 NOK out and they've done nothing but just say postnord lost the palette with packages to Norway.

Great boots. Don’t slip when you walk as the ankle is more fitted than say a Dublin Pinnacle. Small heel sock to protect heels and improve their waterproof ability. Really lovely, leather great, fit my shorter lower legs without digging in at the back when I bend my knee. Recommend.

I paid a lot for a riding hat for my daughter who was very excited and waited 5 weeks for delivery. Once the delivery window had passed I raised a query to be told they could fulfil the order. Totally unacceptable service.

Relatively quick shipment. However only one of two products were in the box and the shipping note confirmed this.
However, no information was given and no response on mails bar an automatic mail from support.

Absolutely shocked and disgusted! I paid £126 for a riding hat. The order was cancelled and no money has come back to me at all, since 15/01/26 Now 16/02/26!

They email you in Swedish, sometimes with a translation sometimes not!! which is extremely unhelpful.

I orderd 7 weeks ago. Probably due to holiday season I had to wait for delivery (planned a month later than order). However, delivery periode passed in silence. Didn't get anything until now.
phonenumber is not in use. Now I wait for response on my mail.

I have received my package. It took a long time to deliver it and it arrived 1 day late. But other than that, the product is just as it should be. The product was also a lot cheaper than what I could find it elsewhere, so I'm happy to wait a little extra time to save money.

No item received. Estimated delivery date was 23rd to 29th July.
Have emailed with no response. DHL have not received parcel either, just electronic info of order.

Very fast and free shipping and the jacket was exactly as described. Also very competitive prices (the same product was twice as expensive in a local store here).

Ordered 2 in stock riding hats April 11th, order # 172714, on equinest.nl that were supposed to be delivered between April 15th and April 22nd according to the confirmation mail. When I had not received anything at the beginning of May, I asked when to expect my order and was told that it had just been shipped. Again several emails that I all had to start later, it became clear that the order has never even been out for delivery, after which I cancelled it on May 12th. It’s now May 26th, I am still waiting for a refund and am not getting a reply to my mail. All mail is from horseonline.se so these two shops seem to be the same.
