Better experience
Signed up, got charged for an online meeting.
Had a poor experience to start.
Then met with a very nice Dr. Ali.
He was extremely polite and professional. He took time to explain things in great detail and address my concerns.
Will use the service again in the future due to how good Dr. Ali was.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional
Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I began the process of getting my ADHD diagnosis with Eirdoc earlier this year and from start to finish, their staff have been incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Additional required assessments that were never mentioned when booking, added to additional costs and when trying to discuss this with their staff, they were rude and dismissive.

So quick and easy and effective and needed
So quick and easy and effective. I booked at 4:57pm and was on the phone to a dr at 5:19. I don't think this can/should replace having a relationship with a regular gp that you return to and are known by but that's unfortunately just not accessible right now. GPs are completely outnumbered, they're not taking on new patients and even then as a long term patient it's hard to get an appointment. Hopefully Eirdoc relieve some of that, and free up some space in physical GP offices. I'll be back again and again

Couldn’t get an appointment at my own…
Couldn’t get an appointment at my own GP’s so decided to try an online doctor. Don’t think I’ll be using my own GP again after my experience today. I scheduled a call for a time that suited me, doctor called me at my exact call/appointment time, had a quick consultation over the phone and my prescription was sent to my chemist! As easy as that! No time off work required, no waiting ages in waiting room full of other sick people! Would highly recommend this service!
