They don't dare to answer to any assistance request.
They sent the wrong adapter in my order. But that's not a big deal, a mistake can happen to anyone.
The issue?
You send them emails, you try to call, the only answer you get is their bullshit AI.
So, I disputed the payment. Provided all the evidences to my bank and got a full reimbursement even though they tried to go against my dispute.
Then ordered the correct adapter on Amazon and used their gas.
At the end, they are the one losing money because of not providing any kind of assistance. I would have been happy to return the wrong adapter and get the right one. Instead, got the gas for free and just payed a cheap adapter on Amazon.

do not order, a scam company
Ordered my 134a starter kit on 13 of june, delivery to Croatia. after payment have not been able to get any update. have sent 3 emails and called ca 10 times-emails are getting only some automated reply, and nobody is picking up the phone-it rings and then gets disconnected. DO NOT ORDER AS THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM COMPANY. You will just loose your money. I have asked my bank to cancel the payment to the company as a fraudulent.

Not customer centric....
The company does not respond to their customer queries. I have repeatedly tried contacting them using their contact forms and emails but still no reply. Still waiting for them to reply to my emails. Would not recommend them.
