Misthrust in customers because of bad quality
I ordered a few items from their website and was completely satisfied until one of the t-shirts changed color during washing. I washed the laundry as usual with colored clothes and at a low temperature. However, the t-shirt developed a stain and lost its color. When I contacted customer service, they were convinced it was my fault, claiming that they test their items and that something like that is impossible to happen. Even though I trusted them enough to order from a not-so-cheap website, they have completely ruined that trust for me, which is why I am sharing my opinion that their customer service is untrustworthy toward its buyers.

Absolute scam - avoid
Absolute scam, avoid. I ordered the clothes and they barely looked like the images, the quality was terrible, I’m surprised they were able to make the clothes look as good as they did in the marketing photos. To make matters worse, I followed their instructions exactly to return from the UK (their sketchy instructions I might add where they say to address the package to “Martin DuPont” to avoid it getting caught up in customs) but it got caught in customs anyway even though I followed their instructions exactly and spent almost £20 to send it away properly. They refused to send me the documents that customs were asking for to allow the package to go through so I had to ask for the package to be sent back to me in the UK. By that point when I explained the situation they just said too bad, it’s past the returns window even though I started the return process the day after I had the clothes delivered and sent them off that day too, and followed all of their instructions exactly. So now I’m stuck with £60 worth of cheap clothing that I had to pay £20 for in shipping originally plus the almost £20 to return them.

I don’t trust that previous reviews are valid as these were the cheapest and poorest made clothes I’ve ever ordered online. Trustpilot needs to confirm that the reviews are not being placed by the company. Definitely fast fashion clothes. I’ve received better from TikTok shop and SHEIN and they’re known for fast fashion crap. They are far too expensive for being what they are. Extremely disappointed.
EDIT JULY 17th: In response to Easy Clothes- My expectations for clothing is that they resemble some form of quality. Yours were awful. Washed a shirt according to instructions and they fell apart with buttons falling off and strings fraying. Total trash to fill up landfills. You won’t be in business long.

Ordered €140 worth of clothes and paid…
Ordered €140 worth of clothes and paid €15 for delivery on 31st may. I returned all items and had to pay €20 to return on 8th june. Items are tracked as being held in customs in belgium since 22nd june.
I am still waiting on a refund on 7th July. I would never order from this company again. It is not reasonable to have to wait this long for a refund. I am now out €175 with nothing to show for it!

VERY LONG WAIT
LONG WAIT. Two stars instead of one for the fact that clothes are fine. But only buy from this company if you are okay waiting for literally months, and if you are okay for your items never arriving, and then you are left asking for refund several times. All items are shipped from China. In my case they kept extending the window 'oh if its not shipped in 20 days we will give you money back' then it was 40 days, then it was 50 days. Then finally i said, no give me your money back, they said its too late to cancel. Only after i insisted this is unacceptable, did they process the cancelation. In addition to that, returns on items they do deliver are quite costly and they charge restocking fee even if the fault is an akward cut of the garment.
