Everything was great from initial enquiry to installation. Any queries were answered and problems solved really efficiently whilst sorting the plan of equipment placement. Installation was fast and the team worked their socks off. Very long day for them in the heat. They were great.

Decided to go for solar panels, amazing service, everything explained in detail. Know who to contact if I require any further support, definitely will recommend to others.

We decided to install Solar energy and we were very impressed with Darren the Sales rep’s presentation. The Scaffolding and team to install arrived and got the job done. However, we had a few issues with the location of the batteries and wiring as our original design to install was not possible. We contacted Emerald and within a week or so a second engineer Wais came to the house and relocated all the devices. He was amazing, made sure everything was done correctly, all cables made neat and tidy, the WiFi set up on the devices, fantastic. 10/10. The follow up call to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and everything was working correctly was the icing on the cake. Great job!!

Very professional company from start to finish, installation guys were excellent and made a fantastic job of the installation.

There were a few small issues but nothing major & each hiccup was dealt with quickly & professionally. All involved from installation teams & office based were all easy to speak to & very friendly. Very happy

I would highly recommend Emerald Solar. They completed my installation really well and even managed to get another panel on. Safi the main electrical guy was so good. Kept me informed of the progress and was very professional.

Electrics,Ossama and Christopher were brilliant. Install was very easy informed me of everything they were doing. Made for a very straight forward install which is very much appreciated. Would most definitely recommend.

The service rendered was swift, on time and straightforward. Explanations given were very precise and well articulated. Will definitely recommend to others to use them.

Some small issues with dates but that could be due to them being able to install so fast despite the main fuse box being in the center of the property. Also a loose network wire that got fixed, otherwise very good and professional

Every interaction was brill, as everyone was professional and full of knowledge and experienced.
Sales (Darren), scaffolders, electricians (Mick and Karol) and Shoaib (office) and especially the roofers (Mark and Katie &team) all brilliant. Roofers in particular had a tough time with our roof but had the experience to get it done.
Now all done and getting benefits of the system.

3 key areas of experience - Sales, Installation and Aftercare/support, all of which were excellent. The sales team were professional, courteous and did not apply pressure to the sales tactics.

Installation was planned in 3 stages - Scaffolding up, solar plus electrics installation, scaffolding down; all went as planned and was well communicated. The subcontractors were professional and represented Emerald well.

Finally in the post care the Emerald contact has been available whenever I had any queries about the certification and admin side of things.

Quality service from start to finish, no pushy sales and the installation lads left a tidy job, no issues atall 5 STARS!!!
