We finally decided to replace our windows in our house as we were having so many issues with our current ones and front door.
We are delighted with the outcome of the replacements and the new door looks like a different house this was all thanks to William who fitted the house. He was such a gentleman, very professional and a great overall fitter.
Answered every question we had for him with a lot of knowledge.
We were delighted with the end results and the many years experience he has worked in that field showed.

Positive knowledgable polite staff. Very responsive to all contacts and questions. Installation very professional with a minimum of disruption. Product so far seems very good quality and we are very happy with the appearance.

The product was great the insallation team were brilliant. The sales people leave somewhat yo be desired. Sat for two hours to br told it was 6 grand we said we needed to think about but the manager rang the next day with 4 grand. Why do they waste your time initially. The other thing that I thought was poor was the day after they had finished installing they rang for their money. But not one of them asked how things were. Was the service ok....how were the staff...nothing but give us your money. So office staff you let the side down ...may be you need to take lessons from your installation teams

The first fitter noticed some damage to the frame and refused to fit it. He was not happy for me ( the customer) for me to have it and arranged for a remake. This was fitted a couple of days later and I am extremely satisfied with the work abd product quality.

Wasn’t keen on having wooden infills to the roof,we expected upvc ones,the conservatory is unbearable now heat wise with the glass roof,screwing the drain down pipe to the garden fence looks a bodge job, I also called to say that doors don’t close as they did was told I would get a call back but never did

Luke from Derby branch made a lovely job on my guttering and fascia and found the reason why my last guttering just leaked .he explained what was wrong and showed me how there product worked it was most interesting and to see the sleeve being put on the aluminum guttering. And how the thickness of the facia was so important. He was polite and even with a very bad cut on his fingers he worked hard. thank you Luke and Emerald .

Just to let other people know that i could not fault Emerald Home Improvements , , from the start , sales team office staff and the two lads DENIS and JURIS who have done an amazing JOB they worked hard putting doors and windows in. They even left the place very tidy , ( Thanks LADS) Very neat and tidy TOP WORKMANSHIP,.. Thank you EMEARALD HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

The experience was great from ordering to completion. The fitters arrived when expected and completed my new windows in a friendly and timely way. The new windows look great. Will be ordering again as soon as we have the money.

Fantastic company, had a conservatory built and I manage projects, the workers were excellent, all the correct PPE, RAMS, quality of workmanship was simply excellent, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing, really pleased with our Conservatory roof , thank you to , Steve and Charlie for doing a great job. Over the last two days .

From start to finish the service we received from Emerald was outstanding. Our fitter's Mark and Dan were exceptional, very professional and tidy and even pointed up our bay window which had a huge crack in it. We would 100% recommend this company give them a try you won't be disappointed.

A cold caller knocked on my door, and I agreed to a salesman visiting to provide a quote, but I made it clear from the start that I was not in a position to buy straight away. When the salesman called to confirm the appointment, I again explained that I wasn’t looking to make an immediate purchase, and he assured me that was fine and that any quote would be valid for 12 months.
When he arrived, I repeated that I would not be placing an order that day before he even entered my home. However, once inside, he began using high-pressure sales tactics. He started by quoting me a casual £8,500 for three windows! Then whipped out the classic “but if you sign today, I can knock 20% off!”. When I still refused, he hit me with the timeless masterpiece: “Let me call my manager and see what I can do…”. At that point, I’d had enough and asked him to leave. A very unpleasant experience—avoid letting them in.

Happy with my new windows and back door, also the speed in which this was arranged.
Swift installation over a 3 day window causing minium disruption.

Just keep bombarding me with calls.
Was happy to take them up on a quote and scheduled a date and time in. Missed a few calls of them, not sure what for considering the time had been booked in. Just keep getting absolutely bombarded. Asked the rep to take me off CRM we will see what i get.

I am delighted with my new windows and door. The ones that they replaced were out of date and impractical, so the new ones have made a big difference to my bungalow. The quality and finish match the price which I was prepared to pay and I was offered very reasonable finance. Matt and Gaz did a great job of the fitting. The marketing was a bit full on, as you might expect!

Service and advice from the company was perfect. Emma was kind and at all times professional. Special mention for William who fitted all my windows and doors working on his own. He was amazing never stopped and always showed respect for me and my property. Would highly recommend this company.
