I originally had an issue with my order taking 21 days to arrive because the package was unfortunately lost in transit. During the first part of the process, the email support just kept telling me to wait, which was a bit frustrating.

However, once I decided to call their customer service hotline directly, everything changed. The agent on the phone helped me right away and offered a quick, fair solution on the spot. That is how great customer support should be handled. Four stars because of the phone team's excellent service!

Out of six seeds, two sprouted—one of which grew into a 15-cm-tall, twisted, unhealthy plant that stopped growing... A very expensive waste. The customer service line is answered by a robot—with no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue...

Just got hospitalised. No opportunity to germinate. Gave 5 stars for packaging and speedy delivery.

Good store, many attractive prices, most often rather fresh seeds, good customer service. Some further improvement in hybrids fixing would be welcome and automatics are of very various degrees of quality (the cheapest/most expensive being often not the best in terms of value of money).

I bought 3 seeds put put them in wet cotton few days for germination only one get through, I hope that this single specimen will be big enough to compensate the loss of the 2 other.
