The customer service was perfect! I highly recommend!

Delivery took a little while, but it was worth the wait because it meets my expectations; the ring is lightweight, has the measurements I need, and—above all—is very accurate in the readings it takes.

Order and delivery was without any issues. Wearable itself is fine and under normal conditions the measured values I could verify with other sources are fine (heart rate, blood pressure). The wearable reliably detects movement. During more intense exercises like running and cycling the ring does not give accurate results for the heart rate, whereas it does when I do swimming. Overall, I am very satisfied with it since it does what I want: get a 24/7-radar of relevant data without noticing the device and without caring about recharging too much. I recharge the ring every 8-10 days.

Wonderful smart ring. My only complaint is that the new design seems to be harder to know if it is on the finger correctly. The older design I could feel that it was right. Maybe this is just in my head, but with no outside markings, it’s hard to know.

The first impression is very good. The Ring is doing - until now - what he should do. The measures seems to be reasonable and fits to my own impression. I’m interested, if the Blood-Pressure Datas are also fitting the checks, which I will do from time to time. Battery-Lifetime is much better than the one I had before ( Oura 4 ). My Oura was damaged after 6 Months ( loading was not longer possible ) and the Hotline was not interested in solving this issue. Let’s see, if the RingComm is doing his Job longer …

The product is very well built, beautiful and works perfectly. And it's a lot less annoying than an Apple Watch, for example.

As a customer, you unfortunately not get a proper invoice. Also, customer service is only available in English, even though this is marketed as a German product. Shipped from Asia as well, took forever.

Delivery took quite a while..until the ring samples arrived, then the right sized ring...round about 2 months
Quality, design and battery seem ok but I am a bit disappointed on the performance. I was specifically interested in tracking my sleep but the ring doesn't track properly the duration. Although I was waking up and even checking my phone to see the time the ring did not show I was actually awake. For the money I paid, a basic smart watch tracked it better.

Avoid. My entire experience with RingConn has been awful.

I tried buying this ring twice. First through the official RingConn Amazon store, the order was lost. Then I ordered through RingConn Germany (their official supplier and distributor in Europe) and the product was never even shipped. Delivery delays were not disclosed, my refund request was ignored, and support stopped replying.

After weeks of chasing emails and being passed between distributor and brand, I was forced to initiate a chargeback.

Most concerning: more than a month later, I am still waiting for my refund.

What is unacceptable is not just the delay, but the complete lack of transparency, accountability and customer care.

For a premium health-tech product, the post-purchase experience has been shockingly poor.

I wanted to love this brand. Instead, after two failed purchases and still waiting for my money back, I’m warning others to be very careful.

terrible experience, I ordered the ring for my wifes birthday. it arrived exactly 1 month later than her birthday. probably the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life.

Ease of interoperability with Apple Health and Resmed 11 Sleep Apnea software. Fantastic battery life. Unobtrusive addition to lifestyle.

Just love the Ring. It measures all I want and need.

Really interesting insights from the app, it’s easy to follow patterns and act on them to improve overall health. The ring is really nice and comfortable I love wearing it and it’s not too big. Customer service is top notch. It’s a great wearable to have.

I also cant understand the negative feedback, that the ring do not recognize or you cant select so much sport profiles???
to be honest, there is really a lot of differents sport profiles available.

no shitty subscriptions, just works, trade-in was easy and great
