Waste of money and time
I tried to sell my car in a price way lower that the average, my car was showing on the top of the list if you sort by lower to higher prices with same make and model. No contact at all except one time waster who offered half of the advertised price. I send it to a local dealer who bought it in the as same price on donedeal.ie .
For me it was waste of money.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY CARS
We seen a car advertisement and we went and met a man we thought was legit about selling his car. It was for our son who needs a car for college and work. My son paid a lot of money that he saved up for over a year. Within a few days of having the car problems started we fixed the car put it back on the road now it has major problems and it has gone in to limp mode. We’ve ordered parts worth over €1000 to try to get the car back in working condition. I’ve tried contacting the seller who has now blocked me. When we first bought the car I asked the man straight out is there any problems with the car as it’s for our son he said no that it never gave him any of bother. Clearly this is not true, why can’t DoneDeal check who’s putting up ads on their site. This man is now selling 2 other cars on the site again most likely going to scam more people. It’s an utter disgrace!! How can I trust this site going forward people should be extremely weary

Worse website to sale animals DD
Worse website to sale animals DD, also customer service horrible need want for hours or even a day for reply. To sale animals there is 10 pictures you can add but when you ad 10 pictures DD won't place add sending email about that you can't sale 5 (example kittens) i send email back with pictures where is 4 kittens and still they email back with same email about 5 its like DD customer service just having fun to stress people 😡 but the thing is that DD took money for add and never give it back 😒

Under Irish regulations, sellers advertising more than 5 animals in a calendar year are required to provide a seller registration number. Terrible app for an astronimical price! Long gone are the days of 3 euro ads now 50 has donedeal got 16 times better to justify the price ? Most definitely not worse if anything, price gouging scumbags! Sooner a fairly priced alternative comes along the better

Any advert with price on request in machinery section is most annoying. If anyone is selling a tractor surely they know how much they want for it. I wouldn't even bother looking or phoning when I see it. Thanks.

Bogus Trader selling 50 cars
Reported a a so called car sales outfit to Done Deal 4 days ago, They have in excess of 50 cars for sale on DD, so a good DD customer.
I made a legitimate inquiry to the outfit re a car and the Eastern European boss was less than helpful, no info on the vehicle,
I checked the name of the outfit with the CRO and solo check and guess what?
Its a bogus-fictious company name.
No website, No email, No landline.
Sole point of contact is a Tesco mobile
Done Deal have done nothing and will do nothing
