Stay absolutely clear, will take your money and then not provide what you paid for.
Edit: System can leave you stranded when you need your medication however they DID resolve it AFTERWARDS. So some kudos to the customer support.

One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
I placed an order through DoktorABC 21 days ago and still have not received it.
In the confirmation email, DoktorABC instructed me to contact the pharmacy directly if I wanted to pick up my order from a different pharmacy. They stated that the pharmacy should reject the reservation so that I could choose another one. I followed these instructions exactly. The pharmacy cancelled the reservation, but the system still does not allow me to select a different pharmacy.
I contacted the pharmacy again and was told that they cannot do anything further because the reservation has already been cancelled on their side.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to DoktorABC and have not received a single response. The pharmacy cannot help, and DoktorABC is completely unreachable.
After 21 days, I am still unable to receive my order because of a system issue that nobody is willing to resolve.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Never again.
