Ive had docusign since June 2026, my plan is for $97 per month. They have taken $106.70 instead of the $97 & then took a further $2,524.50 in one transaction. I did not authorise this payment nor was ever advised of this payment coming out. Ive lodged multiple claims with docusign with no response via calls, emails and their website. ABSOULTE SCAM!!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. We are a corporate customer and the service has been extremely disappointing. We will be looking for another provider.
If I could rate less than one star I would.
The worst customer experience I have ever come across.
Pushed us to upgrade our account so that we could have what we thought was pretty basic functionality in April. Despite numerous requests for escalations, technical calls, calls with our account manager, it is now nearly July and we are no closer to the functionality we were told the new account would give us, or any contact at all.
Awful account management, the worst customer service. I just do not understand how a company this size can function in such a way.
Disgusting.

Tried using this to wrap up vendor contracts for the shop, but the platform glitched out mid-signature and tech support was completely non-existent. To make matters worse, they kept auto-charging my card after cancellation and flat-out refused to issue a refund. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned cash stay far away from this service. Chargebacks are a nightmare.

I'm in Queensland, Australia. I was sent a Direct Debit Docusign form by Anglicare Southern Queensland to fill out so that I could get Support at Home. No matter how many times the person in the Anglicare office sent me this form - which expired under 10 hours - it would not accept my bank details or my mobile number although they were typed in perfectly correctly in form. In the end, it wouldn't even accept my 4-digit postcode. Thinking it might be a browser problem, I tried two different browsers. No luck. By the way, all the Docusign forms I was sent (At least 2 of them being sent between 12.24AM and 12.42AM) expired within 10 hours, but there was no warning of this.

Be careful. Read the fine print. Difficult to cancel and they will get you on the hook for a year even if you need to use just once.

Set me up for auto renewal plan without being up front about it. Called in to ask for cancelation, company didn't want to refund or cancel, I had to threatenthem to do it, and they STILL didn't refund me the last amount. My credit card company got the last refund for me. Dishonest shady company that over charges you for their service, Adobe acrobat is much better for the value, they don't rip you off

Terrible verification process - instead of simple EUID eSignature have to mess around with extremely unfriendly and inpatient "service" agent. Then do the usual waving around passport to detect some holograms.

I was rushing between Showings to meet a tight Escrow deadline when the program completely glitched, throwing signatures all over the place and voiding the contracts. You literally cannot risk your clients losing out on deals because of an unreliable platform! When I contacted their dreadful customer support to request a refund for the remaining months on my term, I received absolutely zero help.

ATTENTION REALTORS. Do not use Docusign, it will cost you and your clients losing out on deals that need to be submitted in a time crunch. There are far better more reliable platforms available. The program glitched during two different negotiations in tight timelines. Signatures were all over the place and the contracts become void. Authentisign was much easier to quickly navigate and thank goodness we did not lose out on a property. When alerted customer service and requested a refund for the remaining months on my term there was zero help. Docusign is far too expensive to be this unreliable. Save your money, time and the stress do not use.

Docusign has to be the worst company with zero customer service help !!!
I changed my email and they refused to help me change it in their system due to security ! Whose security ? Certainly not mine ! So I said cancel my account and send me a pro rated refund. Nope not possible. Reported them to my bank and they still won out. What a horrible experience. Find a competitor !
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH DOCUSIGN !!!!

Total disaster: bugs, lies, and zero customer support
Without exaggeration, this is the absolute worst app I have ever used in my life. The number of technical glitches and bugs is through the roof, making the service completely unusable. But what outrages me the most is their customer support. They couldn't care less about your problems. Every single time you reach out, they openly lie to your face and promise to fix everything, but in reality, they do absolutely nothing.
The only good thing is that at least the calls are recorded - that is literally the only thing forcing them to do any work at all, even though their performance is still pathetic. Terrible service and total disrespect for customers.

Our experience with DocuSign was one of the most frustrating software purchasing experiences I've had in years.
We purchased three Business Standard licenses for our executive team because DocuSign's website advertised Dropbox and Slack integrations as features included with the Standard plan. Those integrations were a significant factor in our purchasing decision.
After subscribing, we discovered that neither integration was actually available on our account.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that installing the integrations was not possible and that, if we wanted those features, we would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. In other words, the functionality that had been advertised as part of the plan we had just purchased suddenly required us to pay even more.
Over the next week, I spent countless hours with customer service and technical support. Multiple representatives assured me that the issue had been "reset" or "re-enabled" on their end; however, nothing changed. I received conflicting explanations depending on whom I spoke with, and no one seemed able to explain why the advertised integrations were unavailable or when they would actually work.
The most disappointing part was not the technical issue; it was how it was handled. Rather than acknowledging the problem and offering a timely resolution, the process consisted of repeated promises, endless escalation, contradictory information, and attempts to steer us toward a more expensive subscription.
Only after persistent follow-up and escalating the issue did DocuSign finally agree to cancel the account and issue a refund.
To their credit, they ultimately refunded our purchase. However, that does not erase the significant amount of time that was wasted chasing a resolution to a problem that should never have existed in the first place.
If you are choosing an e-signature platform based on advertised integrations, I strongly encourage you to verify, before purchasing, that the features you need are actually available and functional on the specific plan you are buying. In our case, they were not.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend DocuSign. Between the misleading product information, poor communication, and ineffective customer and technical support, the company fell well short of the standard I expect from an enterprise software provider.

The customer support is dreadful. If you have a problem you are on your own, if if paying for so called "Premier Support".
