Items as described, excellent service, Great seller!!!...

Ordered an airco, which should have been delivered 20th of Juli, but did not get delivered. Informing at Sumi, the response came that is was delayed until 22th of August. Today 24th, still nothing delivered nor a delivery tracking code, not any message. I am still trying to get this airco. After 5 mails, with always a very nice SUMI- AI-answer still no actual progress.

Very responsive customer service. Quickly fixed some invoicing issues we had and got the product shipped quickly.

Excellent service. Though the product did take two days to leave the warehouse we were kept informed at all times. Delivery was on the day promised using the equally good GLS couriers.
I would use GroupSumi again as first choice - but they do not have what I need this time. Highly recommended.

Professional, reliable, good communication and competitive pricing. Product seems to be of good quality although not installed yet.

We ordered 10 x Mini split air conditioning units with delivery to Ireland on 20/05/26 order no. NIZQIRYHY
The delivery arrived on 05/06/26 with many damaged boxes, the tail lift on the truck was broken and spilled hydraulic oil all over our property.
We refused the delivery and contacted Group Sumi who asked us to take in the delivery and inspect all to goods and report back to them what has been damaged.
We found 2 x units visibly damaged and another with something rattling inside.
They promised to send 2 x replacement units and assured us if any issues with the remaining units they would also be replaced.
To this day 14/08/26 we still have not received the replacement units and we are getting nowhere with Group Sumi with multiple emails going unanswered.

It has been an unfortunate disaster dealing with Group Sumi and had caused a lot of frustration and inconvenience.

Good price and package arrived in good time. Product is now installed and working well. Good overall service

Never buy from this site. I encountered a warranty issue with a product, and they stopped responding to resolve the matter. I was left out of pocket by 1,800 euros. They are completely unprofessional; I have filed a complaint against them with the European Consumer Centre.

Group sumi no communication no indeed to help or support. its been >14 days no helpfull respond or try to help. Paypal claim activated lets see.

after my initiativ claim and some emails we found a solution which was achived very fast.

summary:
if you get in touch with a real human the support works great. if you stuck with the A.I/K.I. chat bot its useless for a unusual claim.

sofar Products and costs are very good but keep in mind if you buy a cheap product you may need a sparepart ore something be sure you have support from manufacturer in our location. For example Haier does not really have a good heat pump support for Europe. maybe think about that an buy a well supported samsung or what ever if you need spareparts or technical support within few days for spareparts manuals or what ever.

Incomplete delivery. One part missing so now have a non functioning expensive toilet. Only way to report it is through a chat bot, be prepared for a lot of frustration and waiting and more than likely no result ... Would not recommend.

Still no further on with the faulty ROCA bidet seat, have it all packed as advised, and now blanking my daughter, I notice a lot of positive reviews are ‘invited’ what does that mean! This is going on since February, GROUPSUMI totally a shambles of a company, do not buy from them if you are UK/Ireland based. They do not honour warranty, this was only in use for a couple of months. Also I would say ROCA been no assistance in this matter. Total cost of €1400 wasted. Cannot use any other seat on this wall hung toilet, as they have different dimensions from all other toilet bowls.

I returned a high end ventilator as new and unused and they refused to refund. Now I spend 350 EUR and don't have a ventilator nor my money. No explanation until I followed up and I only received rude and brief responses.
