delivery and montage disconnect
one has to follow-up delivery to the garage indicated. The garage just receive the tires but are not informed in advance, therefore delivery and montage are not linked. This means once the tires are delivered, one has to go to the garage for an appointment, the garage not responding to web inquiry and has no secured https site!

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, they are scammers.
I ordered the tyres but was given nothing about delivery or times....i tried to contact but nothing came back.
I finally got AI telling me that someone would get in touch.
They didn't so I cancelled the order the next day.....the then continued to tell me that I had to pay 140euros because i cancelled and they had loaded the tyres....they hadn't loaded the tyres because i would have received a tracking number.
And then three days after i cancelled the tracking from DPS came through.
They could have easily stopped it but now they want 140chf or a return delivery that will only cost 40 chf.....Its a scam....they rip you off on the delivery charges.
