Jeep Cherokee XJ power window master switch
I needed to change door-and-windows switch block in the left car door (driver side) of my 1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ. Found one here. Price was acceptable and the delivery was quick. Changed the old part for the new one and everything worked fine again.

I am writing to formally request a chargeback for the transaction made at "grandado.com" (Order reference: GRAN-DEU-477498). The amount of the transaction was €61.29.
Reason for Chargeback: Counterfeit / Fake Goods delivered, causing severe hidden defects and vehicle malfunction.
Description of the issue:
I purchased a set of 4 spark plugs advertised as genuine "Dual Iridium spark plugs for Toyota/Lexus". Recently, my car started experiencing severe engine misfires. After a diagnostic at the official Lexus dealership, the spark plugs were removed.
It has been visually confirmed by professional mechanics that the items are cheap, dangerous counterfeit goods. The central electrode completely burned away due to the fake material, creating an unsafe 2-3 mm gap. This fake auto part caused significant malfunction and financial damage to my vehicle.
I have attached the original invoice, along with photographic evidence of the damaged, counterfeit spark plugs showing the burned electrodes. As the merchant sells illegal counterfeit products and is unreachable, I kindly request a refund via the Visa/Mastercard chargeback process for fraudulent/counterfeit merchandise.

I ordered a replacement shaver head
I ordered a replacement shaver head, it doesn't cut anywhere near as close as the original, I told them its not fit for purpose but they wont give a refund for hygiene reasons, I said its not fit for purpose so hygiene doesn't come into it but no refund.
The only good thing is they reply to emails.
I'll never use the website again.

Product is bad! Doesnt work on (low) carpet, what was promised, doesnt take or avoid obstacles
Dangerous to upload the lithium batterie.

Poor communication and no automatic refund offer
I ordered a softbox from Grandado, only to receive an email three days later stating the item was out of stock. Instead of processing a refund, they asked me to browse their site and pick an alternative product.
A refund should be the default option when a seller cannot fulfill an order, rather than putting the burden on the customer to find a replacement. Very disappointing customer experience.

They are very clever with the adverts , I was convinced I was ordering a set of accessories for my flashgun because of a plus sign but all I received was an empty case , when I complained they sent me an image of the advert with the part number in tiny letters of the case circled in red so BUYER beware .
