Don’t order online you will receive a used pair of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes for my toddler, I received a dirty used pair of shoes. I emailed customer service they didn’t got back to me, now I lost out of my delivery fee what was £7. Absolutely ridiculous, if they got back to me I would happily return the one I received if they send me a new pair but no option for it so this was the last time I bother with this company. Is a shame they used to be very good service and very good quality shoes.

Misleading delivery advertisement and disappointing customer service

I’m extremely disappointed. The website explicitly advertises 'Free Delivery' to UPS Access Points, but I was charged £5 at checkout. It turns out there’s a hidden £75 minimum spend that isn't mentioned in the ad.
To make matters worse, customer service is a mess. One agent told me it was free; another later said I didn't meet the threshold. It’s not about the £5—it’s about the total lack of transparency and misleading information. As a loyal customer for years, this experience has completely broken my trust. Very poor standard for a brand of this size.

I recently got a pair of sneekers online. In the sale. The soles on them seem to be very thin. I have an older pair of Geox. They seem better. And I have a pair of walking boots. Much better. Are you cutting down on the quality of your products. I have only worn them a couple of times.

OK quality shoes but ridiculous returns process!

I have bought Geox shoes before I thought the quality was good. However my son didn't like them so I had to send them back. (We live in the UK). OMG what a process that has turned out to be. Very complicated return process. How might an elderly person cope with this?

I register it on the Geox website and am sent an e mail with a tracking number from UPS and I must print this. But I don't have a printer at home so I go to the library. Then I am confused about what exactly I need to print, the e mail does not explain this at all. I have to go digging on the Geox website.

On returning I try to find out where my nearest UPS postal point is but it will only give me places in the USA and does not recognise a UK post point. So I try to book a courier but this is apparently not an option available to me and I cannot choose the time. Also it is not clear if I have to pay for this or not?

So I have to download the UPS app on my phone. Only then can I find where the post point is nearest to my house.

Then there are very specific instructions on how I must wrap up this return. I need a clear postage pouch or clear tape to totally cover the label? Very complex. Probably wont shop Geox again if they use UPS and just outsource it like that

Low quality shoes. Poor customer service

Ordered a pair of trainers from geox. The sole is made out a material that is so slippery that there's no grip even on a dry surface like a pavement or on the tube. Routinely would trip in these shoes. Would never wear them. Contacted geox customer service. They stopped replying. Low quality. Heed the reviews!

I failed to deliver both pairs of trainers

I bought two pairs of trainers and only one pair arrived in the box. There has been no response after bringing this to the attention of customer services and no ability to connect via their telephone option.

Great Service!

I have approximately 20 pairs of Geox shoes I have purchased over many years. I have NEVER had a problem regarding the quality of shoes. I recently ordered a pair of brown leather & suede sneakers to replace an old pair of Ralph Lauren sneakers. Firstly, I am in Croatia, Secondly, I ordered these shoes on Sunday 22nd September in the late evening. I received the shoes at 10:30 am on Wednesday, amazing! This was standard free delivery! I have closely inspected the quality of the shoes, they seem absolutely fine. I am very choosy about which products I buy. I always pay for quality products, hence the 20 pairs of Geox. Well done Geox for an excellent service!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Spend your money somewhere else, because you'll lose it if you spend your money with Geox. My child's feet grew before she even wore the shoes. I was 17 days late on the return period (which is 30 days) and they wouldn't consider an exchange for size. For an unworn, perfect-condition pair of shoes. For a shoe they currently stock.

I wrote a review yesterday about my horrible experience at Geox in Oxford circus. I was told the manager will call me today and solve the problems. But no call from them.
What kind of staff Geox employed? They don't care the company reputation and treat customers very rude.
Even their shoes quality are good but the staff will make the whole company down.
I wish my review will cause the company attention.

Terrible Quality. Do NOT purchase!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my 4 year old son a few weeks ago and after the first wear, the tips of the shoes are ruined. Quality control is terrible and so is the customer service. No offer for an exchange or admittance of fault. I will not be purchasing from this company again and will warn friends and family.

I purchased a pair of Geox shoes about…

I purchased a pair of Geox shoes about a month ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. After only four uses (including two indoors for Christmas holidays), the heels of the shoes detached, and the top points were ruined.

Seeking assistance, I visited the store to address the issue as the shoes were still under a two-year warranty. To my dismay, the staff member I approached displayed zero customer service skills, responding with side eyes and a bored tone. Astonishingly, she claimed that this issue was not covered by the warranty and even suggested fixing it myself – a response that left me utterly flabbergasted.

Having spent over €180 on these shoes, I expected better service. Despite reaching out to customer service, a month passed with no resolution. It's disheartening to see the lack of accountability and care for customers who receive defective products. I write this review to caution others – think twice before purchasing from Geox. If you encounter a similar problem, this seems to be the level of service you can expect.
