Finger weg von dieser Versicherung. Mir wurde für 2025/2026 der Beitrag um 350,00 Euro ohne Angabe von Gründen erhöht. Der Service am Telefon ist das Allerletzte, zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber völlig ignorant und kundenunfreundlich. Kein günstigeres Angebot oder Entgegenkommen. Aussage: Damit müssen sie eben leben!
Katastrophe dieser Service. Hotline endet in einer Vertragsabteilung die mit KFZ gar nichts am Hut hat und will/kann gar nicht weiter helfen. Das ganze Spiel heute 5x. Man kommt bei diesem Unternehmen nicht weiter! Nie wieder!
Mahngebühren totale Abzocke - 20 € ! Finger weg von dieser Versicherung. Wird wohl auch ein Grund geben, warum die sich von Versicherungsmaklern zurückziehen, da die Garanta sicher nicht ganz koscher ist.
