Terrible service when you wish to leave
After being with Gana for years, paying varying bills each month, I found a company who could provide a cheaper rate and decided to move. Gana then gave me a very large bill and stated they had been charging me wrongly. When I questioned this and asked to raise a complaint, I wasn’t provided with the procedure and instead was told my supply would be disconnected if I didn’t pay the bill.

Dreadful experience with Gana Energia & their Friends promotion. In February, Gana contacted me to say my neighbour signed up after my recommendation & I would receive 50€ in 10 instalments, I was not instructed to do anything.
This week, I contacted them to find out why I had not received any payments. After a number of emails this week, I am told the promotion has finished & I won’t be getting any payments, No explanation why they sent me the email in the first place or anyone I can speak to. Just decided not to pay me.

Easy process for non Spanish speaker.
I don’t speak Spanish but I was able to sign up using e mail rather than struggling on the phone.
Very simple process . Although Endesa immediately offered to undercut your price, I am staying with Gana. They should have offered better terms before they learned that I planned to switch.
