From the first call to the final installation, the process was smooth.
We had new furnace installed last fall. The team worked efficiently, and even helped me register warranty online. Its been running perfectly all winter.
The repairman came out for my AC unit that keep freezing up. He explained the issue in plain language, fixed it.
I appreciate how respectful the installer were in my home. They laid down protective sheet and moved furniture carefully. The new AC system is quiet and powerful.
Our AC stopped cooling after heatwave. They squeezed us into their schedule, and within a couple of hours the unit was blowing cold air again.
We had Brown’s install a new water heater on 12/13/25, and discovered a leak on 12/14/25 due to faulty installation. The water damage has resulted in half of our kitchen being ripped out. Our home is unlivable.
Of course the installation issue is a problem, but what I’ve been most disappointed by is their lack of responsiveness in getting the leak fixed and getting the insurance process moving so the restoration work can begin. Their voicemail is full and they are not responsive over text. They also didn’t help with getting someone out to fix the leak because it was Sunday and their office is closed on Sunday. This is not acceptable for emergencies - they need to have someone on call. This company needs to get it together.
