i ordered a chain tensioner on the 29 of june saying it was gonna arrive between 6 or 7 juli. its now 27 of august an havent gotten an single thing yet. i tried calling, get hold on wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes they say no agent is availible. still have to pay for the 10 minutes phone call every damn time. i send multiple emails but get the same ai generated mail back saying some complete non sense. its horrible customer service, if i can even call this customer service because still havent spoken with a single actual human being!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible communication, selling products they don't have and not refunding money!
Purchased an item, received no confirmation email. Contacted them 3 weeks later to check on the status of my order. They responded in a foreign language which I had to translate. Without providing a reason, they said they have cancelled the order and would refund my money. They did not.
Then the item they said they cancelled arrived weeks later but it was too late and I didn't have a use for it anymore.
I tried to return it but they refused to refund the full amount.
I now have to go through PayPal to remedy the problem.
Worst retail experience - do not risk saving a few dollars with this scam company.

Purchased a product that said "reconditioned." However, when it arrived, it was brand new. Couldn't spot if it was reconditioned or not. May not have been in the original box, but it was certainly still sealed as if it was brand new. It was almost half the price of anywhere else. Delivery did take a long time, but it did state that on the order. I wasn't bothered and was willing to wait. Great service.

After sales is basically non-existent.
Bike was delivered damaged, they offered a “discount” of 20€, I asked to escalate it one of the rims needed replacing and 20€ was not going to cover that. They “sent my query to the corresponding department” and I never heard back. Didn’t even get the 20€.

On this occasion the product didn't work. The company has made the return very difficult with a complete distrust that the product does not work. I now cant return it because of their poor customer service. Beware of company.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR DELIVERY DATES
Do not, at least if you are in the USA, believe this company’s fantasy-based predictions on how quickly you will receive your item. I ordered a set of pedals in early August that I need for a bike trip for which I am leaving in late August. The OUTSIDE predicted date was 14 August. It is now 23 August, and I am still waiting, so I am highly unlikely to be able to bring the pedals. They have offered no assistance and would not let me cancel the order so that I could get the pedals from a US-based company.
