Cargo Bike was delivered after only a few days completely assembled. It arrived early enough for me to use it that morning to take our 2 girls to school.

The service is really professional, they are reachable and answer to all questions - very friendly . Online purchase experience has been smooth and easy and the bike was delivered very fast. Also the condition of the bike were perfect , also if it was second hand it seemed to be new!

I ordered a bike on the 8th of Nov. Before ordering I called to get some info, the person on the phone was very friendly. When I did order, I specifically indicated I was holiday and to not deliver the bike before I got back. However they did schedule a delivery. Luckily they responded to my text message that I wasn't at home and held off delivery. Unfortunately, 2 days after delivery, the cable for the back break became loose. When I reported the problem, I was told to fix it myself as it is an easy repair. I don't think that is the correct response. I bought the bike from bikedeals versus elsewhere so it would start off with a bike with no issues, it isn't fair I have to fix it . I rode the bike a month without the back brake because I was too busy to get someone to look at it. In any case, I've now got it fixed and can confirm the bikes looks nice and just wish they had followed through and took care of the brake issue instead of making me having to deal with it.

We recently purchased 2 Cortina Common for me and my wife. The bikes arrived fully assembled and ready to ride. Even the child seat that we ordered was assembled on the bike. Both bikes are new like they just left the store. Totally remommend to anyone who is having second thoughts about ordering. Thanks to the whole Bikedeals team for the great experience.

They are too good to be true. Delivery took 1 business day (I’m in Amsterdam); delivery guy was SUPER friendly; the bike is just brand new, not a single scratch, everything looks absolutely perfect, and it rides amazingly well. The best part? Half the price of a new one! You won’t find a better deal than this, I’m very picky and took a long time searching for a good deal. These folks just exceeded my expectations.
