Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the way this matter has been handled.

You have already charged me for the order, but I have still not received the product. According to the tracking information, the package appears to be stuck somewhere in the postal system.

I have contacted the postal service several times regarding the shipment, and I have also contacted Mantel Customer Service on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any real assistance. Instead, I keep receiving automated responses telling me that you are currently under pressure and short on time.

To be completely honest, this is extremely frustrating. I am trying to get help with an order that has already been paid for, yet I feel that I am simply being passed between automated systems without anyone actually taking responsibility for resolving the issue.

I understand that you may be busy; however, I have now given you more than enough time to resolve this matter.

I therefore expect Mantel to take immediate and proactive action to ensure that I receive the product I have paid for.

My preferred solution is to receive the Kinekt XR Suspension Seatpost as soon as possible. If the original package cannot be located promptly, I expect you to send a replacement without further delay, rather than asking me to continue waiting while the shipment remains stuck somewhere in the postal system.

This is a reasonable expectation, particularly since you have already received payment and I have already made several attempts to resolve the matter through both the postal service and Mantel Customer Service.

Please treat this issue as urgent and have someone personally take ownership of this case. I would appreciate a clear response confirming what action you will take to ensure that I receive my order, rather than another automated response.

If you are unable to arrange delivery of the product, I expect a full refund without further delay.

I look forward to your prompt response and, most importantly, to receiving the product I have already paid for.
