Gus made changing my account a breeze!
I wanted to make a change in my subscriptions but there didn't seem a way to do it on my one, from my customer portal. After sending an email to customer support, I received the best customer service from Gus... who listened to and acted on my request, without any hesitation. From the time I sent the customer support email until the time Gus has resolved the issue for me, not more than 5-6 minutes went by. Thank you Gus for being an Awesome member of the Bizee Team. Gus singlehandedly not only made my day brighter but also changed my attitude toward reaching out to Bizee Customer Support in the future, if needed.
