I had 3 large windows at the front side of the house and 1 small one at the bathroom changed by Haarlem Belisol. Installation was spot on, on time and the crew were friendly. I am happy with the overall installation.

Only 1 point (therefore 4 stars) that was negative was that there was certain amount of debris left at the outside of the windows which I got complain from my neighbour. She also told me that she mentioned about it to the workers and she was told that "it will be cleaned up at the end of the installation", but it seems they did not spend enough time for it. There were some piece of woods, insulation materials, nails too. Please spend more time next time.
Overall, the work was done nicely and the results is outstanding. Just better to spend a bit more time on the after cleaning of the area is needed.

Extremely expensive.
After placement absolutely none respond to calls / emails in relation to repair requests.
Local salesman extremely arrogant.

I've ordered an energy-efficient window, glass door and a sliding door (schuifpui) from them. The lead time was half year and the price is high, but in the end I am satisfied with the result. The workers were working fast, clean, and did not cause nuisance. The installation was complete in 2 days and I am happy with the result. The windows and doors are top quality!

We recently had all the windows in our home replaced, a project that took two weeks, and everything was completed exactly on schedule despite a few unexpected challenges along the way. From the very first day to the last, their professionalism truly stood out. Every member of the team was friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about their work.

For two days we had more than five people working inside the house, yet the coordination was flawless. Everyone knew their role, worked efficiently, and the whole process felt smooth and well‑organised.

At the end of each day, they took the time to update us on what had been completed and what to expect the following day — including their arrival time — and they were consistently punctual. Their attention to cleanliness was impressive as well; they cleaned up thoroughly every single day before leaving, something even our neighbours noticed and appreciated.

I recommend this company. I had to replace 4 windows on the first floor and a sliding door on the ground floor. The company's installation team worked professionally and cleanly. There is indeed a longer waiting time of several months for their production and assembly, but for those looking for quality and professionalism, they can offer it.🙂

The team did an excellent job. The engineers were very knowledgeable and finished the door replacement quickly. They left the house neat.

We ordered a front door with Belisol. The first impression was good and ordering went smootly with no issue. I gave 3 stars because we waited to receive the door for 10 months which is I personally think that its too much, this could be improved in order to get a higher customer satisfaction. Also, the door that we ordered came with wrong handle despite waiting for 10 months and this info has been given to us 2 days before the installation. The guy on the phone was not very customer friendly and make excuses, however we accepted to receive the door and installation with wrong handle and they ordered the correct one after the installation. On the other hand, Installation went perfect and smooth, their employees are very nice and work very clean. 1 month after the installation we received the correct handle as well and in 11 months our order is completed fully. In general, I like the service that I received from belisol but the waiting times are too high....

Great experience with Belisol.

From the sales process to eventual installation we have nothing but a positive experience. With Sales (Mike) was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided us with a detailed information about their products so we could choose the right windows for my home. The 2 guys who came to complete the installation were fantastic, they arrived on time every day and their craftmanship was evident. I also appreciated their professionalism and respect for my property leaving it clean after they had finished their work for the day. The end result is fantastic and we are very happy with our new and energy efficient windows, sliding door and front door!

Would definitely recommend Belisol to friends, family or anyone!

Expert staffs from consultation to installation. Though some delays, I was well informed after contacting the company. Plus, they also asked for feedbacks.

Ive ordered kozijnen for an entire project worth more than 43.000 euros. the work has started in march, and its been draging on ever since, last week i finally paid the last bill, but the quality of work is not good at all, montage guys are alright, but the production and sales have failed miserably. two days before delivery of keralit, we have been forced to change our agreed color because the one we agreed upon, and paid for months in advance suddenly wasnt available. that is first of all unacceptable. but ok, we changed the color to help you guys out. The entrance door that was delivered was already made before hand, so we got a front door that was grey, and keraliet that was brown. ok still no comprehension from your sales department. they offered us folie to cover up for their mistake, being prouds as ''we are giving it for free''. sorry to let you know, three weeks later, your folie is falling off. the production of things delivered is terrible.

1) i demand a new door matching the colour of my gevel, i didnt pay for a crappy folie, i paid for a good door. so please, i will take you to court for that.
2) compensation for the embarassing product you have sold to us. this is worth 25000 and not 43000

The NEW kozijnen are poorly aligned, have stickers on the inside, the glass is scrathed in between on the inside of a triple glas.

the mounteurs did their best, but this is for sales department in breda that was a pain in the ass, rude, unreasonable, trying to convince me that a folie on a door is something i should be grateful for, because, hey, he is giving it for free.

i repeat, guys that did the work were great, but this is not their failure. I cannot communicate with your breda office anymore, because they dont give a crap about the customers. i hope someone else contacts me this time because im done with excuses and ridiculous offers that are both quality/financially-wise in your own benefit.

We have done our entrance doors and windows renovation project for our house in Amsterdam with Belisol Haarlem! This has been a great experience from the start of the project to the full completion. The installation team is really professional, explain every steps and they provide a really clean job. Cherry on top of the cake as we are expats, every member of the team make their best effort to speak English with us from the first appointment to the last phone call to check our satisfaction on the work.

Good quality service and efficient communication

The quotation process and the delivery went well and in according to plan.

Got new doors and a window ordered and fitted by them, the whole expirience was smooth and issue free, our installation date was even pushed one month earlier than planned. Showroom had exellent sample selection and sales rep Mike helped us narrow down the right design and fit for us. Installation went very smooth, all masters that came were very knowledgeable in all areas of construction and gave some exellent advise for future renovations I have planned. Very happy withe the final results.

Waiting for their offer since the 5th of June. Calling them 3 times a week for 2 weeks now to get this sorted but nobody gets back to us when they promise. They cannot find the measurements they made on the 5th of June and so they want to come by again. Having an appointment with them is impossible because they have zero flexibility when it comes to finding the best time..
Worst service ever...with their prices you would expect excellent service... too bad that I cannot give zero star...
Do not waste your time on them!

- The commercial team was very friendly and very customer oriented, taking time to show us multiple options and giving us time to decide.
- The installation crew was very pleasant. Some cracks were done on the walls around some windows but the team promptly fixed the plaster.
- We are happy with the windows. The only disappointment is the garden doors that didn't close properly leaving the top corner loose and required some thicker joints to stop the draft.
