I recently purchased the BaByliss Pro Falco High Speed Dryer from your online store. Unfortunately, the item arrived in an unacceptable condition.The dryer appears used and has several cosmetic scratches. Additionally, one of the attachments is defective; it does not lock into place properly and keeps falling off during use.Since I paid for a brand-new, fully functioning item, this is not the quality I expected for a premium product.

I did receive my product
I did receive my product, but I was concerned as there was no follow up email to say it was being shipped and no tracking information. I had to call twice and check with my order number, otherwise it did arrive after 3/4 days

Call just goes answer machine.
First time using beauty kick and I have been sent the wrong item.
Won't be using again!!
Update: I eventually got through to someone 4 hours later through my own efforts and was asked to send images which I did immediately.
It is now the next day and the time is 13:30 and nothing heard as yet.
I desperately require this item and to have heard nothing as yet is very disappointing and unsatisfactory IMO.
Update: 2.0 :
Its now 16:00 and no reply to both numbers and no email reply re the images of the incorrect delivery 😡

Not very impressed
The website is easy to use, and delivery was next day !!@ however the revlon 1 mousse did not have a top and the press button had vome apart (was damaged). I think I may be able to use it, not sure.
