Had Richard visit us today to update our phone system and despite some mistakes on our part he managed to untangle our mess and get us back up and running no issues, top job!

I recently used Lee from Dale Comms for an installation, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial contact through to completion, Lee was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.

The quality of the installation was excellent, everything was completed to a very high standard, and he took the time to explain everything clearly before leaving. It was obvious that he takes real pride in his work and pays attention to the finer details.

Very disappointing and misleading sales tactics

Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. We received unsolicited sales calls from a representative named Max, who gave the impression that he had already spoken to one of our directors. It quickly became apparent that the director's name had simply been obtained from Companies House, making the approach feel misleading and deliberately designed to create a false sense of familiarity.

The sales calls were extremely pushy, and despite making it clear that we were not interested, the pressure continued. This is not the way to build trust with potential customers.

As a result, we cancelled the appointment and asked not to be contacted again. We also submitted a formal complaint regarding the conduct of the salesperson.

Businesses should be able to expect honest, transparent, and respectful sales practices. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Lee came to install our new phones after our 18 month review. The swap over was stress free. Lee explained ever thing well!!

Lee came out and sorted our setup, training on the phone apps and computer.
He also tweaked the answerphone messages and generally got us up and running, with great knowledge and a smile :)

Lee came to install our phones in our busy hardware shop. He was very patient and explained everything well.

When Allan arrived Iwas on another call, he was considerate and his body languages demonstrated me that he was ok to wait and there was no need to rush as he understood . He also explained the potential cause of issues that was occurring.

Richard was fantastic went above and beyond. Training was simple and easy explained to me brilliantly.

Tom came and updated all of our phone systems today and was great. he went through all of the system in detail so that we could update things ourself re contacts etc which was really helpful to save us going straight through better. really efficient and sorted it quickly so our phones werent off for long.

Lee explained in detail about the system and we are pleased with the professional service we received.

Allan was very helpful in regards to setting up the phones. He explained everything really well and insured the process was very smooth and effective. Will minimal to no disruptions to the daily operations within the office. The phone system is a huge upgrade to our old system and we are very excited to start using it.
