Unbelievable bad costumer service
At the end of February, I ordered the bundle of Süsse Orange Zeder and Weisser Salbei Zeder. Unfortunately, I wrote a typo in the address and the package was returned. I contacted the customer service when I realized it and after two months of several e-mails (the last ones do not even have an answer), I do not have the products nor the money back (which is the only thing I want now). It is really a shame because I tried the shampoos and shower gel in the past and like the products but never again!

Great idea and execution
I love the idea and also the way betterbyless is executing it! I use the shampoo, bodywash and handwash mostly in aloe vera and bergamotte. Totally recommend it!
