Unfortunately, the specified item delivery time was longer (not two weeks, but a month!). I admit that the reason could be Christmas time, but I still haven't received a reply to my e-mail. Not very good communication

Super fast delivery and good service
Super fast delivery and good customer service.
When DHL smashed my sink to 100 pieces, there was no hesitation in sending a replacement.
When I wasn't at home for a DHL collection, they arranged another collection time, without dispute or complaint.
When I messed up the order and ordered the same thing twice, they accepted the return with no complaint and a full refund.
I was certainly not the easiest customer to deal with, and yet they were always treating me with respect and trying to assist.
It's when things are difficult you can tell a good company from a bad company. This is definitely the former.

Everything went perfect
Everything went perfect. My order was processed fast (in a 24 hours) and shipped on the next day, and arrived very quickly - in two days. Altogether I had my good in 3 days.

Mehr als 2 Monet warte zeit
I placed an order 26.10.2020 and paid at the same time (Vorkasse) - Now 12.01.2021 have I still not recieved my order. I have tried to get an explanation several times without any answer. I can NOT recommend to buy anything vorkasse from BANEMO / Agire GmbH
I can only say - SHAME ON YOU!
