Failed delivery
I've ordrered a doll for my nephew's daugther on 23rd of August, to arrive in Poland within 8-10 days, like stated on the webside. Unfortunately a doll did not arrive yet. Little girl is very upset and we are as well as you can guess. I've e-mailed support at babeside many times with the order number but i've received only automated e-mail with advarts.

My daughter loves her reborn doll. I’ve always put off getting one cause a lot of them can be quite creepy looking but she loves how realistic this one is and the fact that she wees like a real baby really takes this to the next level. The body is super soft but also weighted like a newborn baby. The only downside is the delivery took longer than expected.

Baby and the lashes
The baby doll is awesome, very life like. My 11 year old daughter loves her, but after having her for 2 and a half weeks her lashes have come off. Not due to over playing with her but due to not being glued on good enough. For the amount of money you spend on the doll it shouldn't have anything fall or coming off of it.

I’m so happy with my order! Everything arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. The delivery was quite fast, which was a big plus.
The quality of the doll is amazing. She is incredibly beautiful and looks so realistic, almost like a real baby! The details are absolutely adorable. I also loved that the set came with little toys and diapers my daughter was so excited about them and absolutely loves playing with her new doll.

Wouldn't buy again
I ordered 2 dolls from babeside.
12inch Larry & 16inch Sage
12inch Larry is 5/5 stars she is exactly as described. She's super cute and looks exactly like the photos. She's correct size and weight.
16inch Sage is 2/5 stars.
Whilst she has beautiful eyes and a cute little nose and lips and my daughter adores her,
Unfortunately she looks nothing like the photos and isn't as described. She is shorter and thinner than advertised.
She has no girl gender body parts. She has no hair. She is barely bigger than the 12inch doll.
I emailed babeside about their misleading advertising and was offered a 20% refund. (Keeping the doll)
I posted a 2 star review and it was never shared on their website.
It seams only 5 star and some 4 star reviews are posted.
When i purchased the dolls there were no reviews on sage at the time.
There are now 10 (5 star) reviews all saying similar to me -that the doll is not as described.
They have also altered their website putting "Sage dolls" in a no gender section and adding a larger 20inch size doll for Sage - it seams like this is a sneaky way of fixing the false advertising
I also have email proof saying if I leave a 5 star review on their website I will recieve a gift. And a bonus gift if I leave a 5 star review on trust pilot.

Silicone doll, love it
My daughter has been wanting a full body silicone doll for years, but they were all extremely expensive or not all silicone or the websites seemed questionable. We were so excited to find this website. I got a bit worried when the tracking was a company I had not heard of, but I googled the shipping company and found out it was legitimate but can take a bit to update the shipping info since it is coming from overseas. We received the doll in the anticipated time frame and it is PERFECT. I will definitely plan to order again from this website if we ever get another silicone doll!
