Before you placed the order, we sent you photos of Ruby, the closed-eye doll, and after you confirmed, we sent you the product link for Ruby. The order that was then placed was also specifically for Ruby, and Ruby was the doll that was shipped.
We understand that you later saw Milo, an open-eye doll, in one of our Facebook posts. Milo was wearing the same outfit, which may have caused some confusion, but Milo and Ruby are two different dolls.
We’re sorry that the doll you received was not what you had hoped for, but we would also like to clarify that the doll shipped matched the product shown and confirmed before the order was placed, as well as the item listed on the order itself.

Was very nervous about purchasing another online doll but had read good reviews about Chimidoll - I ordered a cheaper vinyl doll first to see if it was good - it was nice. So I took a chance and ordered a full silicone doll I bought Finley. He’s amazing!!! Exactly as the little video, exactly as i wanted. Aweome!!!

Overall a great experience. I saw their dolls on TikTok, and fell in love. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my order, no fault of their own, the package was taken. They couldn’t be more helpful. They looked into it for me, and refunded me the money. I will be placing another order with them soon.

Doll not correct size ordered.
The doll was a day late and also appeared smaller than 20 inches which is what I ordered. It's actually 18 inches.He also weighs less than 7 lbs 7 oz as stated in the description, He weighed 4 lbs. on my scale. I still love him to pieces though. He's so cute! I believe I should be refunded the difference between the 20 inch doll and the 18 inch doll.

Terms and conditions not being honoured
I’ve tried to return an item by requesting a returns label repeatedly! They promise to send one then don’t, I’ve asked three times! Their t&c state that they have a full 30 day money back guarantee and time is running out!

So my experience is not what I expected, unfortunately my daughter didn't like what we ordered for her birthday. When I got intouch with chimidoll and explained the situation I requested a return and full refund, they said because of their situation with returns warehouse been relocated it would make it difficult and offered me 50% refund and keep the doll. I explained it was a birthday gift and we found one for £50 and that all I wanted was my daughter happy, they offered the full £50 and keep their doll without hesitation which I received in full 3 days later. Was left feeling very satisfied and it wasn't a battle to come to an agreement for my daughter, so excellent customer service.

The Little Angel interactive sound doll does not have an openable mouth. The sounds are triggered by movement or interaction. The dummy and bottle are included as accessories, but they may not fit into the doll’s mouth like a real baby’s dummy or bottle.

Our interactive dolls feature an internal multi-point joint structure, which may occasionally produce slight sounds when the arms are moved. The sound volume can also be adjusted using the controller.
That said, the creaking you described is not something we expect our customers to experience, and we would like to check whether this is within normal design tolerance or a product issue.

Fantastic customer service
I bought my twin granddaughters a doll each for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of the dolls arrived faulty. I contacted the company (Chimidoll) to explain what had happened and to ask for a replacement.
The company responded immediately and were completely understanding about the situation and the disappointment this would have caused on Christmas Day. They arranged a replacement straight away and did not charge any additional postage. They also kept in regular contact, providing tracking details so I knew exactly when the replacement doll would arrive and who to contact if I had any further concerns.
The replacement doll arrived after around two weeks, and my granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with her new baby doll.
I can highly recommend this company. Sometimes things do go wrong with products, but what really matters is how the company responds. In this case, the customer service was excellent and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I think it’s important to leave a review when customer service is this good.
