Oh gosh once again I should have checked Trustpilot prior to purchasing. I ordered a shirt on 9 July. I have not received an order number or any proof of purchase and emails go unanswered. Not a good sign

Size 40 is really a 38, the quality was poor and didn't look anything like the photo. Their phone number isn't allocated to anyone and they don't reply to emails. Don't waste your money.

FALSE ADVERTISING
I purchased what said a genuine leather jacket, it’s fake. Really disappointed, don’t get sucked in by what they look like on their website.

Terrible. VERY, VERY disappointed. The shipping time was bad enough but nothing could have prepared us for when they were delivered.
I thought I had a delivery from Temu. Except Temu pack their orders significantly better.
No obvious branding.
Seemingly poor quality with visible stitching 'ends'.
Too small.
Smell synthetic.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I have a VERY disappointed 90-year' old Mum who can ill-afford to receive such below-par quality shoes.

They do not say what their shoes are made from. There should be a materials tab. Also, misleading, when they say posted straight away. That means from somewhere is Asia I think. The phone number does not work. I am trying to swap my shoes for a bigger size, and they are not answering emails or the phone.

The product I purchased is extremely poor quality- and completely different style- as well as labels as advertised online. I have requested a refund with no response and will be reporting them to consumer law if I do not receive my full refund promptly!

Bondimode insist on their shoddy Temu quality products being returned to an address in China the cost of doing so is approximate to the cost of the item purchased. They represent they have a warehouse in Victoria Australia. I have checked the address and it is fabricated. The location is undeveloped bushland. They have not acted reasonably in relation to the return of their product. If you pay using Paypal, lodge a claim there. If enough people do so, Paypal will cut these fraudsters off. Less than 1 star is appropriate.

Ordered a jacket from what looked like an Australian site. Checked sizes and ordered a large. Item arrived 15 days after order, quite positive. The item is NOT a large by Aus standards. It is at best a small . Contacted customer service, if I want to return it, I have to send it to China at my expense. Priced it up and would cost nearly as much as the item itself as they want it tracked. I was initially offered 10% refund to keep it. I was unhappy with that and then they offered 20% of the cost of the item.
Total scam don’t touch them with a barge pole. Learned my lesson to do my due diligence even if they seem to be a reputable Aussie company.

Don’t ever use this company. I ordered two items. One they didn’t send and I haven’t got any refund for it after asking several times over the last month. The other I wanted to return and they said “mail it back to China” which cost more than the item itself. I will never use this company again.

Title: Complete SCAM – "Genuine Leather" is Plastic, and They Expect YOU to Pay to Return It!

Do not buy from this company unless you enjoy being lied to and robbed.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were ADVERTISED as "genuine hand-made leather." What did I receive? A cheap, stinking piece of PLASTIC – synthetic faux leather that wouldn't fool a child. It doesn't even remotely resemble what they show in their photos. This is not a "minor difference" – this is flat-out FRAUD.

When I contacted them to request a refund for their blatant misrepresentation, do you know what their response was? They had the audacity to tell me that I – the customer – must pay for international shipping back to their warehouse in CHINA to get my money back. Let that sink in.

Translation: They send you garbage, lie about it, and then expect you to spend more money on shipping to fix THEIR mistake.

Their email literally said: "We almost never get feedback about quality issues." What a joke! Either they are lying through their teeth, or they are so used to ripping people off that most customers just give up out of exhaustion. This is a classic dropshipper scam tactic – make the return so expensive and inconvenient that the customer just swallows the loss.

Let me make this clear: NO ethical business would ever ask a customer to pay for return shipping on a misrepresented, counterfeit product. Under Australian Consumer Law, the SELLER is responsible for this. But clearly, they have no morals, no ethics, and zero respect for their customers.

Save your hard-earned money. If you buy from these scammers, you will either:

1. Receive a cheap plastic knockoff, and
2. Be forced to fight tooth and nail to get your money back.

Do yourself a favour – STAY AWAY. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and their customer service is an absolute disgrace. I am now disputing this charge with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection agencies. This company should be shut down.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Only one was dispatched. The other has sat on 'prepping your order for delivery' since order completion, nearly 7 weeks ago.

Such a beautiful well presented website everything looks so stunning and looks high end without breaking the budget. Unfortunately I can't say the same as the physical item when it arrived not only it took a long time to arrive but the quality and expectation is a absolute joke.

Why didn’t I check Trustpilot…….. Before buying !! I thought it was from Australia but it is coming from Asia . Paid €44 and id say they are worth about €4 !! Yellow marker on them, Stitching cheap and nasty . I got a different colour and they said they were premium leather but they are cheap and nasty. PLEASE DON’T BUY . You will loose your money.

Boots. Far too small for a 42. Supposed to be leather. Plastic crap. Offered 10% Refund. $7.90. Waste time.

DO NOT BUY!! This is very cheap crap and not at all as advertised. Sleep set advertised as linen is actually polyester and spandex. Sandals with adjustable buckle does not adjust. Items look nice in ads, but are your typical dollar store made is China crap. Don’t waste your money!!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. After 2 weeks of no shipping movement I emailed, to be told they don’t have it in stock but can offer a discount. I requested a full refund, they then offered another discount, I again requested a full refund. I won’t give up but think they are going to “steal” my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They sell cheap items for at least 3 times the price they are worth. Sandals were plastic tat that cost £36 and were not the size they advertised- size 5 didn't even fit over my foot. Upon asking to return them their only place to return was China which I was expected to pay the postage for. Absolute con avoid at all costs

If I could give a review without a star I would. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have read the reviews and I didn’t my mistake, by writing this review I hope to save some of you the issues I have gone through. I thought the product looked good and ordered 4 pairs of shoes. They shipped 3 but charged me for 4. The shoes are cheaply made but I decided not to fight to return them. But I did want a refund on the one item that they didn’t ship. They have refused!!!!!!!! So they will debit you for items they don’t ship and they only offer a 30% discount on your future delivery orders. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM

The size 39 boots I ordered are so small .. they’re more like a size 6 and I can’t even squeeze into them. I’m very upset as I never buy myself anything as I’m not financially able to… this was my one gift to myself. I emailed and am I’m waiting to hear back from them.. the Aussie phone number I called isn’t even connected. This is really so disappointing! I want an immediate refund but worried since reading bad reviews.
