I paid for next day delivery
I paid for next day delivery, £6.99.
The dress arrived 3 days later, no longer needed plus it didn't suit me.
I've been trying to contact customer services for over a week as I don't feel it's fair I have to pay £6.99 to return when it wasn't my fault it arrived late.
Also emailed customer services and had no response.

Return is a rip off
Return is a rip off. Offered store credit after 14 days of return ( I’m on day 15 which is extra annoying and assumed you have a standard 28 like every where else! You don’t! ) and they then want you to pay £7.95 extra to them to send it back so not only are you lumbered with store credit for the full item amount they then con you a further £8. I can’t say I will be ordering off ax Paris again.

I had email saying goods had arrived at my allocated premises, which was good because l paid next day delivery as wanted item for wedding abroad. Twice l went to location and item had not arrived, even though email said it had…!!
Item eventually arrived two days later when l’d left for the wedding abroad.
Very disappointed in courier but item was lovely just a pity l didn’t get to wear at the wedding because of the delay.

Unfair refund...Bought a dress here and paid 4.95 for shipping. Unfortunately, the sizing is a bit small and I sent it back. The return form had an option for exchange which I thought was ideal. I paid 10 euro in shipping to send it back for the exchange as they don't offer free return. When I emailed the customer service to make sure they've received it. I was then told they don't offer exchange to Ireland and they will be deducting almost 12 euro from the amount I paid for the shipping they paid when I bought it initially. Never had this experience with any retail and won't be buying from them again.

Loooooong wait for a refund!!
Extortionate return price & the wait for money to be refunded is really long.....unacceptable!!
Dress arrived quickly but the quality was cheap for the price I paid & the fit was all over the place! I'm an average size 10 with small boobs....but my norks were totally flattened by the top of the dress & I have a short body....but the waist band was above my waist!!!
Will never buy from this company again.....shame as its range is huge & full of potential!!!
