I asked for free shipping for the purchase of a 1400 pound Oppo Find N6 today.
The answer was: " lol. We sell 40-50 a day. we do not need your order mate." I replied back that that was a rather rude comment for asking for free shipping as I was a repeat customer buying last years Find n5 model.
The reply from customer service was "f---k off man".
Thought I would share this interaction as it shows there level of customer relations and service.
Here is the latest answer I got from James in Customer service:
We have removed your surname, Christian (after publishing full customer name)
Must have missed it when I copied your email over.
What do you think of the reply though?

Comes across very childlike for someone who is apparently sitting on a high horse so tall you could see over to Demark from there in Oslo.
Our response wasn't just "f**k off man", it was: "fuck off man!
We gave you a discount code then you wanted free shipping... Who do you think you are?!"
Weird that you keep leaving out that we offered you a discount code (and gave instructions for how to do a Bank Transfer).
Really appreciate the 1 star review Christian, gets us to highlight the type of people that leave us 1 star reviews.

I had a couple questions about the Hiawei Mate XT vs. the Mate XTS. When I submitted my question the guy that actually does the YouTube videos responded to me personally and gave me great advice. Based on his feedback I bought the XT instead of the XTS and am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this guy/website and will absolutely buy any phone(s) I can from him/his site.

Excellent customer service
The customer service is out of this world. They answered every question I had quickly, even after the phone was delivered!
Shipping was fast, 3 days from Hong Kong to me in the US. Even added a charging converter so I would be able to use the charger that came with the phone.....yes the charger came with the phone.
I would recommend everyone use them, you will not be disappointed

Trustworthy and fast
I have been following Average Dad Tech on YouTube for quite some time and finally decided to make a purchase through them. I ordered the Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica CN version, and I'm pleased to say the phone I received was exactly the model I had ordered. Delivery was impressively fast. I did encounter a minor issue with customs, but the Average Dad Tech team was very responsive and helped me resolve it. Overall, a smooth and trustworthy experience. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Great buying experience
Great buying experience! Sam contacted me right away with a question following my purchase, and the phone was shipped two business days later. Prior to purchase, I contacted Mike (Average Dad) directly on Whatsapp about price matching another site, and he discounted the phone (a Xiaomi 17 Pro Max) below all other stores. Although some may find his personality abrasive, he's just very protective/proud of his staff and his brand. I'm in his Whatsapp phone group, chat with him daily, and I've never had a bad interaction with him.
I would strongly recommend this site for anyone looking to import a phone!
